Read the instruction manual
Please read carefully the instruction after you open the box and please operate it according to the instruction manual. -
Power
Please use proper power supply according to this unit power indicator. -
Aeration
Please do not put the unit on sofa, carpet or doss to avoid the unit over heated. -
Avoid hot
This unit should be far away from heat sourcing, such as radiator, stove or any other products can send out heat(Including amplifier) -
Avoid water and damp
This unit should be far away from water source, such as wet area and swimming pool. -
Clean
Please pull out the plug before cleaning the machine. Don’t use any liquefied petroleum gas. Please use wet cloth. -
Protection for power cord
When placing the power cord, please avoid damaged by stepping or placing on pointed articles. -
Avoid over-loading
The plug can’t be overload otherwise it may bring fire or electric shock. -
Avoid entering other articles or water
Don’t stuff any articles or water into the machine, otherwise it will lead to fire or electric shock. -
Accessories
Please use the recommended accessories by the dealer otherwise danger may occur. -
Stand
Don’t place the machine on unstable stand, otherwise it may cause harm to human or damage the machine due to the overturn. -
Disc tray
When open or close the tray door, don’t touch it directly in case of danger. -
Overload
Don’t step or put any heavy articles on the machines. -
Laser
Don’t take the cover away, otherwise directly contacting laser may hurt the eyes. -
Disc
Please don’t use any crack, distorted, or repaired disc, otherwise it might bring hurt to machine. -
Service
If the machine fails, please unplug the machine and contact the professional for maintenance. Please do not take away the cover of machine by yourself, the high voltage and other hazards in the machine may cause harm to your personal body:
(1) The power cord or the power plug is damaged
(2) liquid or foreign matter into the machine
(3) the machine rain or damp
(4) If you can not operate the unit normally according to the operating instructions
(5) the machine is off or damaged
(6) Significant changes in machine performance -
Change the accessory parts
When need replace parts, make sure to use parts which are recommended by manufacturer or which are have the same performance as the original part. Otherwise it may cause fire, electric shock or other hazards. -
Security check
After the repair is completed, please provide a safety check to ensure that the machine is back to normal operation. -
Precautions for transport and use
(1) It is best to use the original box and packaging materials to prevent damage to the machine.
(2) Do not use volatile liquid substances such as mosquitoes near the machine; do not use rubber or plastic to place on the machine for a long time, otherwise it will leave marks on it.
(3) For a long period of time, the front and rear panels of the unit will heat up, which is normal.
(4) When not in use for a long time, please remove the disc and unplug the power plug.
(5) If you do not use it for a long time, it may cause the unit to not operate normally.
(6) The machine should keep a certain distance with TV or radio, otherwise the machine may be affected. -
Clean
When clean the machine, please use a soft cloth slightly moistened with a mild detergent solution. Do not use any type of abrasive pad, scouring powder or solvent such as alcohol or benzine. -
Notes about the discs
(1) To keep the disc clean, handle the disc by its edge. Do not touch the surface. Do not stick paper or tape on the disc.
(2) Do not expose the disc to direct sunlight or heat sources such as hot air ducts.
(3) When clean the disc, please use a soft cloth to wipe the disc from the center out. Do not use solvents such as benzine, thinner, commercially available cleaners or anti-static spray intended for vinyl LPs, otherwise it may damage disc.
Function and name
Front Panel
- PAIR : Press to entering pair mode
- SOURCE: Press to change the mode between CD/BT/FM/LINE IN.
- : Open/Close the CD Door.
- POWER: Press to power the unit on/off.
- :In USB/SD/CD/Bluetooth mode:Previous section. In FM mode: Previous station.
- :In USB/SD/CD/Bluetooth mode:Next section. In FM mode: Next station.
- Rotate the button to adjust the volume.
- :In USB/SD/CD/Bluetooth mode:Play/Pause. In FM mode:Automatically searching station.
- : When press the “STOP” key for the first time, the player will stop playing. Press “ ” this button will continue to play from current music. When press the “STOP” key twice, the player will enter stop state. Press “ ” this button will start from first song and play in sequence.
Rear Panel
- Digital card input socket for SD or MMC card
- USB input jack
- DC 12V power input jack
- Audio input jack (connect another audio output device or mobile phone)
- FM Antenna(fixed)
Remote control
- Please pull out the transparent protective film before use.
- The remote control receivers is inside the LED screen.
Basic operation

Turn on CD player
Connect to power adapter and press the power button on the player. The LED screen of player will appear “LOAD”. If there is no disc on the tray, it shows “NO DISC” -
Play/Pause
When playing music, press this button to pause music. Press this button again to resume playing mode. -
Stop
When press the “STOP “key for the first time, the player will stop playing. Press ” ” this button will continue to play from current music. When press the “STOP” key twice, the player will enter stop state. Press ” ” this button will start from first song and play in sequence. -
Repeat
When playing music, press “REPEAT” for the first time will repeat current playing. Press “REPEAT” twice will repeat the whole disc. Press “REPEAT” for three times will cancel repeat function. -
Number Key(0-9,10+)
For CD disc,
(1) To appoint 1-9 tracks, press the corresponding number keys (1-9)
(2) To appoint 10 track, press the number key (0)
(3) To appoint 10+ tracks, press the number key(10+). For example: the 15th song, press number key (10+) and (5).
(4) To appoint 20+ tracks, press the number key(10+) for twice. For example: the 25th song, press number key(10+) for twice time and press number key (5).
(5) If the track does not exist, the key is invalid. For MP3 disc, press the number keys to select the tracks.
For example, the 38th song, press the number key(3) and number key(8). -
Volume adjustment
Press the (VOL+) / + or (VOL-) / – button on the unit or on the remote control to adjust volume.
Mode selection
Bluetooth mode:
The first time you use your Bluetooth device with this player, you will need
to connect or “pair” it with the player first.
Switch to the Bluetooth model, then use Bluetooth device to search the
“B40-CD”pairing. There will be a prompt sound after the successful pairing. If
the pairing device is disconnected, the unit will also issue a prompt sound.
FM mode: When you switch the unit to the radio mode, you can listen to the FM radio program in this mode.
- This radio antenna is on the back of the machine. When you need to listen to radio, please open the FM antenna.
- In FM mode, press the play/pause key( ) on the unit or remote control to automatically search station. It will save the station once searching completed.
- Press the ” ” or ” ” on the unit or remote control to select station.
LINE IN mode:
Switching to LINE IN mode, use 3.5mm audio cable to connect player with other
audio output devices(such as:mobile phone, computer, etc)
Trouble Shooting
Problem | Solution |
---|---|
No sound |
- To check the player connection between the mobile phone or other audio output device
- The volume is turned down.Adjust the volume
Don’t play disc|
- To check whether the disc is put in the proper direction.
- To check whether there is disc in the tray.
- The disc is dirty. Please clean the disc.
The remote control does not work|
- To remove obstacles between remote control and player.
- If the battery is exhausted, replace it with a new one
- The insulation sheet has been inserted in the battery compartment when shipped from the factory. Pull it out before use.
Button does not work| It may be caused by the power wave or other abnormity, please turn off the power and turn it on again after 10seconds.
