PLEASE NOTE: The Door Security Bar Alarm & Receiver is not intended to be the main locking device for your doors or windows. It is intended as added security together with your existing hardware.
All Purpose Door & Window Security Bar Assembly
Door Installation
Fits Most Standard Hinged Doors. Works on all floor types-wood, carpet, tile and linoleum.
Open battery cap on the transmitter and insert (3) three “AAA” batteries (not included).
Slide the switch on the transmitter to turn ON and activate the alarm.
Place the base against the floor and u-shaped top under the doorknob.
Push the padded base toward the door until it is secure,
Push the button and twist bar slowly to the desired length. Then twist the bar back until the button pops out of the selected hole.
Make sure the u-shaped top is tightly against the bottom of the doorknob.
Open the battery cap on the receiver and insert (3) three “AAA” batteries (not included). Slide the switch on the receiver to turn ON and activate the alarm.
Slide the switch on the transmitter and receiver to turn OFF and deactivate the alarm.
NOTE: The distance and angle of this security bar may vary, depending on the height of the doorknob from the floor.
Transmitter & Receiver
When door is pushed, both the transmitter and receiver are activated and sounds off.
Take the portable receiver anywhere indoors. The portable receiver receives a signal anywhere inside the house, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.
Sliding Doors & Sliding Windows Installation
NOTE: The Sliding window track must be at least 27″ long
Constructed of 40 gauge steel to withstand up to 350 pounds of force
Steel construction for instant security on hinged doors and sliding doors/windows.
