This product shall be supplied by a power source not exceeding PS1 only, This Bluetooth earpiece shall be charged by the supplied charging unit only.

Earphone Function Operation

Power ON
When the charging case is opened, both earphones will automatically power ON and sync up; Or when the earphones are OFF you can press and hold both buttons for 5s to turn them ON.

Power OFF
Put earphones back into the charging case, ensure the case is powered, they will be automatically powered OFF; Or you can press and hold the button of either earphone for 7seconds, both earphones will be turned OFF.

Play/Pause Press either  button twice

Previous Track
Press the left button 3 times in quick succession
Press the right

Next Track Press the right **** buttons 3 times in quick succession

Volume Up
Press the left ** button
Volume Down
Press the right ** button
Answer Call
Press either 0 buttons twice
Reject Call
Press and hold either button for 2 second
End Call
Press either button twice
Activating Phone Assistant Hold and press the earbuds0 button for around 2 seconds

Bluetooth® Pairing

  • Go to”Bluetooth” settings on your Bluetooth device(phone, tablet, etc.)

  • Turn the Bluetooth ON, on your device.

  • Open the charging case, they will automatically turn on(or they can be turned on manually).
    Hold and press the charging case button for 3 seconds, the LED indicator on the case will flash white, indicating the earphones enter pairing mode with the Bluetooth device.

  • On your Bluetooth Device, select the pairing name of your Earphones on the list of available devices, Pairing name is Monster Verse TWS.

Troubleshooting tip

  • If the Earphones do not connect to your device, turn the Earphones OFF, turn your device’s Bluetooth OFF and then back ON, then repeat the pairing process.
  • Your Earphones are designed to automatically sync to each other when they are turned ON, however, if they ever fail to sync, please put both Earphones back into the charging case and close the cover to turn them OFF, then open the cover, the Earphones will turn on and sync together again.

Phone Calls
If there is an incoming call on your Bluetooth device, the Earphones will pause the playback and ring to alert you of the call. Press either the Earphone button twice to answer the call or press and hold either button for 2 seconds to reject the call. To end the call press either Earphone button twice again.

Charging the Case

  • Connect the USB-C charging cable into the socket on the Charging Case.
  • Plug the cable into a standard USG 5V / 1A output.
  • The LED indicator on the case will flash amber while the charging case is charging and the green light stays on when fully charged.
  • You can also charge your case via a wireless charger pad, a fully charged will take around 2.5 hours.

Warning: To avoid damage to the Charging Case, please only use a 5V / 1A charger.

Charging the Earphones

Put the Earphones into the Charging Case, The LED on the case stays white while the earphone is charging.
When the earphone is fully charged, the LED on the case will turn off when the earphone is fully charged.

Flashing white light: This occurs right after you press the pairing button on the back of your Monsta verse charging case. It indicates that your earphone has entered pairing mode and is ready to initiate a Bluetooth connection with a new device.

Greenlight when the case is empty: If you haven’t inserted your earphone and you still see the green LED light up, it means your Monster verse charging case is at the full battery and doesn’t require any addi­tional charging.

Amber light when the case is empty: This indicates that your charging case isn’t at the full battery and needs to be charged.

Amber light when connected to a power source: This shows that your Monster verse case is being actively charged.

Greenlight when connected to a power source: This means that your Monster verse case is fully charged and you can disconnect it from the power source.

Flashing amber light: If you’re one of those unlucky people to come across this status light on your case, don’t freak out. It simply means you’ve encountered a pairing error and you’ll have to reset your earphone by holding the pairing button on the back and redo the pairing process.

( Note the Earphones come with a built-in rechargeable battery . Before using them for the first time, we recommend you fully charge the battery. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour ) .
