How to pair

Open the charging case, The headset starts automatically and the left and right ears start to connect, when L&R earbuds is connected successful, the red and white LED will flash slowly alternately, and the earbuds will flash once in 5 seconds to enter the pairing mode.
Select” “under bluetooth menu on your device. The pairing is successful
Congratulations, your earbuds are connected successfully. You can choose to use them at TWs Mode or MONO Mode.
The next time you use it,open the charging case, it will automatically connect to your device, after the connection is successful, the white LED in the left and right earbuds flash synchronously, 5s flashes once.

Power on

— Open the charging case.

Double Click to answer the new call and keep the original call;
Long touch ls to reject the second call.
Three strikes to switch calls between two sides, three strikes to hang up the current call.

Charging

After putting the earbuds back into the charging case, close the cover.

Charging the earbuds

When low battery, the voice announcement will remind you to charge everyS minutes.

Charging the Charging Case

Charging the charging case, you can use the Type-C cable or wireless charger.

There are 4 white lights on the charging bin, which represent 4 kinds of electric quantity respectively. When charging the charging bin, the lights will light up respectively according to the percentage of batteries. When clnarging the earphone, the lights will light up according to the percentage of batteries.

Factory data reset

Try to reset as following instructions when two earbuds are unable to connect.

Three clicks in the earphone repairing mode. After the earphone clears the pairing record, the earphone will automatically shut down.
Repeat with the other headset.
To connect the left and right ears, the earphone should be paired with TWS. After the earphone is turned on, it will automatically enter into pairing.
The TWS pairing between the left and right ears will search for connection with each other. After connection, the main camera will flash red and white lights alternately and flash 5S once from the phone.

FAQ

How to change from Mono Mode to Dual Mode.
a. When you just only use the right earbud, take out the left earbud from charging case, the music will come out from the left and right earbuds at the same time.
b. When you just only use the left earbud, take out the right earbud from charging case, the music will come out from the left and right earbuds at the same time.
How to change from Dual Mode to Mono Mode.
a. When you put your right earbud into the charging case, the left earbud will continue playing music.
b. When you put your left earbud into the charging case, the right earbud will continue playing music.
The earbuds cannot reconnect to my device automatically If your earbuds are connected to several devices before, they will reconnect automatically with the recently connected device.
a. Make sure the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on, close the cover again.and turn on the headset again.
b. If the left and right ear lights flash synchronously for 5S once after the earphone is turned on, it indicates that the headset has been connected to other mobile phones. Turn off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone that has been connected to the headset. The red and white lights ofthe host flash slowly and flash once from the machine for 5S, and the headset will automatically enter into pairing Mode, and then search the connection with the current mobile phone.
c. Let the headset reset to factory settings, and then use the current phone to search for the connection again.
No sound from left/right earbud.
Please put your earbuds into the charging case, and then take out them again. if still not solve this problem, please carry out restoring the factory settings (Page 7), and then put your earbuds into charging case and then take out them again.
Can’t turn on my earbuds.
a. Put the earbuds into the charging case again.and make sure that the earbuds is in the compartment and there is no shaking.
b. Close the cover, then charge the charging case.After flushing for a period of time.open the cover again and try to activate the headset.
