IPC360 Home APP
Quick Setup Guide
Download the APP
The IPC360 Home app connects your camera to your Android or iOS mobile device ensuring you are always connected to what matters most.

Search and download the “IPC360 Home” app in Google Play or Apple Store.
Note iOS yersion9.2; Android system yersion.5.0.
Login Account
Launch IPC360 Home App. Enter the account and password to sign in. If you are a new user, please click “No Account” and create an account.
Create an App Account
New users need to create an account before experiencing the functions of the
App.
Click the “Sign Up” icon > Enter your email address > Click the “Obtain” icon
to get a verification code then enter it (The code will be sent to your
mailbox).
Add new device
Select a Region
On the “Device” page, click “ ”or “+” on the top right corner. Please select a region according to your location.
Select Device type
Select the “Smart Camera(With Lamp) option on the Device type.
Confirm Startup Status
Plugin the camera and confirm that the camera indicator light is flashing red
quickly.
Please confirm carefully and click Next.

Note: the red light is flashing fast and the camera will make it “Ready to connect”.
Scan QR Code
Scan the QR code located on the back of the camera or scan the QR code below.
Note: The QR code is safe, please rest assured to use it.
After scanning the code, the system will automatically detect whether the network is available, and then automatically jump, please be patient.
AP No QR Code Found
If you cannot find the QR code on the device, or the QR code is damaged, please click “No QR Code Found”. Please follow the instructions displayed on the phone.
Open the phone settings
Do not exit the app, but open your phone settings page.
Open Wi-Fi settings
Open Wi-Fi settings and connect your phone to your Camera Wi-Fi.
Android users:
Keep WLAN Connected
interface, click to connect. If there is a pop-up window asking if you want to
switch WLAN, please keep connected.
Apple users:
Open your iPhone’s WLAN settings
Find “IPC365 xxx_xxx” in the WLAN setting interface,click to connect.
Return to IPC360 Home
After the connection succeeded, return to IPC360 Home.
Select a WiFi for Device
Choose available WiFi and input the correct password then click “OK”.
Configuring Device
Please be patient, the connection may take a while.
The camera makes a “Ding-dong” sound when connected to WiFi.
When the camera is successfully connected to the server online, the camera
will make “Camera Ready” from the camera and the app will jump to the “Rename”
page automatically.
Camera’s Normal working mode: Greenlight flashes slowly(Once every 2 seconds)
Congratulations! The device has been successfully connected, you can check the
streaming media with the mobile phone APP “IPC360 Home”.
