Step 1:Scan the QR code or search “Yiduo Visual” in your app store and download the app

Step 2:Press firmly to remove the pen from the case.

Step 3:Rotate the case to get an ear scoop to attach to the pen.

Slide the scoop down until it’s fully on the lens.

- Check your phone’s WIFI settings
- for “Yiduo-XXXX” and connect to the device.
- Once connected, open the app and tap play to start using.

- Tap this button to flip the lense
- image to right/left ear for easier viewing and use.
PHOTO:
- Tap this button to take a picture of the otoscope’s view.
VIDEO:
- Tap this button to record a video of the otoscope’s view.
GALLERY:
- Tap this button to view the pictures and videos you’ve taken.
Return pen to case while charging or not in use. Please remove the scoop before placing the pen back in the case. Working Status: Blue light will flash slowly if WIFI is disconnected. Once connected to WIFI, the blue light will stop flashing.Low Battery: Blue light will begin to flash. Charging Status: Red light will remain on until fully charged.Full Charge: Red light will turn off.

Features
- The app has two functions “wide-angle lens” and “focus lens” which can be switched at any time.
- Tap the upper right corner of the screen to switch between landscape and portrait modes.
- The otoscope’s power level information can be viewed on the app’s homepage.
Note : Before connecting to the app, the otoscope will be in a power- saving state (the blue light on the bottom will flash, and the red light will be off). After a successful connection, the blue light will turn on.

Disconnect the phone from the pen. Reboot the ear pen and reconnect it to the WIFI and app.
Unstable WIFI connection or frequent disconnect| Restart the device and/or reconnect the pen to the WIFI and app.
If the above solutions do not fix the issue, please contact customer service for further problem solving.
Warnings
- The lens can be cleaned by gently wiping it down with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
- Please use this device in a safe environment where you won’t be disturbed, to avoid sudden movement and prevent damage to the ear.
- This product is not suitable for use on children under one year of age.
- Do not submerge the device in water.
- The built-in rechargeable battery will still need to be recharged if left unused for a prolonged period of time.
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight to prevent fading and damage to the device, particularly the accessories.
- During use, the temperature of the device will rise slightly. This is normal and no cause for concern.
- In order to ensure a safe and comfortable experience, please keep your child seated while using this device on their ears.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not put the pen near magnets, this will cause the connection to fail. (Return to the case and then reconnect the pen to resolve the issue.)
