How to use
Fully charge the earbuds along with the charging case before the first use.
Pairing earbuds to phone for the first time
-
Open the charging case, the earbuds will enter pairing mode automatically.

Open Bluetooth on your device and select “GoNovatc Demi”. Earbuds are now paired your device successfully.
“The earbuds will turn off automatically when you put them back into the charging case. To manually power on: hold the buttons for 1 second, manually power off: hold for 5 seconds.
Pairing earbuds to phone after pairing successfully once
Open the charging case and earbuds will connect with your phone automatically.
Mono earbud mode
Either or left and right earbud can be used individually as a mono earbud.
Open the charging case, take only one earbud out,open Bluetooth and find the
“GoNovate Demi”, tap to connect.

Charging time:
Fully charge earbuds: 1 hour
Fully charge case: 1-2 hour
Note: Please do not charge higher than 5V/2A, doing so may damage the
charging case.
Charging Case1 s LED Indicator Status
Put earbuds into charging case and close the Lid. The 1st light indicates the
right earbud is charing The 4th light indicates the left earbud Is charging.
When fully charged, the light will shut off.
How to wear Demi earbuds correctly?
Check for the “R” and “L” on charging case.

Q1: Can’t get earbuds to pair
A1
Quick Reset
a. Put the earbuds back to the charging case, close the lid.
b. Open the charging case lid, restart the pairing process by taking the
earbuds out.
Manual Reset (check LED)
a. Power off earbuds by holding buttons for 5 seconds, release the
buttons when you see the red LED.
b. Hold buttons continuously for 15s tll only the Blue LED fiash slowly.
Manual Reset Listen to voice prompt)
a. Alternately you can put the earbuds into your ear. Hold buttons Iii
you hear power off, release the button
b. Then hold buttons again til you hear a chime sound, do NOT stop at
“pairing mode”, continue to hold til chime sound.
Q2: Powering off 1 earbud will turn off the other as well?
A2: When the right sarbud connects with the left earbud, they form 1
system. Shutting down 1 earbud will shut down the whole system/both earbuds,
Q3: Can I pair earbuds to 2 devices simultaneously?
A3: No, currently the earbuds do not support multipoint technology.
They will pair to 1 device at a time. To pair earbuds with a new device, tum
off Bluetooth on previously paired device first.

Handle earbuds and case with care. They contain sensitive electronic components, including batteries, and can be damaged or cause injury if dropped, burned, punctured, crushed, disassembled, or if exposed to excessive hear or liquid. Don’t use damaged earbuds or case.

Do not take earbuds/case apart, you may damage the batteries, which could cause overheating and injury. -
Hearing Loss
Do not listen at high volume levels for long periods; ii may permanently damage your hearing -
Driving Hazard
Use of earbuds while operating a vehicle Is not recommended and is illegal in some areas. Check and obey the applicable laws and regulations on the use of earphones while operating a vehicle. -
Choking Hazard
Keep earbuds away from small children. Earbuds may present a choking hazard or cause other injuries to small children.
Warning: If an eartip becomes lodged in your ear, seek skilled medical assistance to remove the ear tip. Damage to the ear may be caused by non- professionals attempting to remove the eartip.
Warranty
GoNovate products are covered by GoNovate parts and labor warranty for 12
months from date of purchases. If the device becomes defective, please email:
support@gonovate.com to launch warranty claim.
Please note we can only provide after-sales servicss for products that are
sold by GoNovate or
GoNovate authorized retailer and distributor. If you have purchased your unit
from a different place, please contact that seller for return and warranty
issues.
The following are excluded from GoNovate warranty cover:
- Devices purchased as 2nd hand, used or from unauthorized sellers
- Damage resulled rrom misuse or abusive aclion
- Damage resulted from chemical, fire, radioactive substance, posion, liquid
- Damage caused to any 3rd party/person/object and beyond
Notes on Using Bluetooth Enabled Devices
About Bluetooth Connection
This system supports security functions that comply with the Bluetooth
specification to ensure secure connection during communication using Bluetooth
technology. However, this security setting contents may be insufficient, so it
cannot guarantee the connection with all products using the Bluetooth
technology.
BLUETOOTH-t devices should be used within approximately 10 meters (unobstructed distance) of each other, in order to get the best sound quality and connection.
In the following cases, your user experience may be affected:

When a person, metal object, wall or other obstruction is between the devices with a Bluetooth connection.

When there is an established wireless LAN or other disturbing frequencies nearby.

Near a microwave oven in use or other electromagnetic wave devices.

At a crowded area with dense wireless signals, such as subway or shopping mall

On a high-speed train, car or airplane.
“The Bluetooth connection of this system may be established based on aptX, which focuses mom on the sound quality. In this case, the effective distance will be reduced compared to using SBC.
If the Bluetooth devices fail to connect or have disturbing noises, try the followlng: -
If the Bluetooth connection fails or becomes unstable, please use this system at least 10 meters away from the nearby wireless LAN devices or turn off the LAN devices. If you cannot turn off them, you may switch the WLAN connection of the player device to a Cellular data connection.

Put the Bluetooth devices as close as possible and make sure there are no obstacles such as the human body between them.

If stuttering sound happens when streaming music, you may try first downloading the music and then playing it locally.

Stuttering sound may happen when there’re multiple apps running on the playing device, You may turn off the idle apps to ensure stable Bluetooth connection.

If the above solutions still fail to improve the situation, please adjust the Bluetooth connection mode from aptX to SBC.

In the following locations, please be sure to turn off the power on this system and Bluetooth device:

In the hospital, petrol station or any place where flammable gas may exist.

Close to automatic door or fire alarm.

Other places where Bluetooth devices are not allowed to use.
Tips
The apex are using the digital audio compression algorithms based on AD PCM
(SB-AD PCM) technology. ONing to its advantages of low latency, good fault-
tolerance and high sound quality, they have been widely applied to Bluetooth
wireless audio transmission fields since recently.
Note: aptX are independent technologies. They require both the two connected Bluetooth devices to support aptX, in order to achieve aptX transmissions respectively.
