Warranty Period
- The purchase of the company’s products can enjoy one year from the date of purchase of the warranty period.
The following cases are not in warranty. But LEBOXTV may provide service with a maintenance charge.
- Has exceeded the valid warranty period.
- Failure to follow the instructions required by the installation, use, maintenance, and storage of the fault or damage.
- Failure or damage caused by repair by a NON-LEBOXTV authorized service person.
- Due to accidental factors or that the behavior of the product damage, such as broken, water, input voltage, corrosion, etc.
- Unauthorized changes to the product’s native configuration files or unverified product firmware without LEBOXTV’s approval.
- Unauthorized alteration, tear up the after-sales service card product serial number.
- Damage caused by transportation, loading, and unloading on the way back to repair by the customer.
- Failure and damage caused by flood, fire, lightning, and other irresistible. 9. Other non-product itself design, technology, manufacturing quality problems caused by failure or damage.

Remote Control Instruction
Instruction of the Learning Function
- Press the programmable POWER key of the TV Box Remote Control for 5 seconds. The LED light will turn on, indicating that the programmable keys are in the programmable state.
- Press one of the programmable keys of the TV Box Remote Control, its LED light will flash.
- Direct the head of the TV Remote Control at the head of the TV Box Remote Control. (Please keep 3-5cm distance between the two Remote Controls.)
- Press down the original key of the TV Remote Control, the LED light of the TV Box Remote Control will flash 3 times quickly and then stay lit up, indicating that the programmable key has been programmed. To program other keys, please repeat steps 2-3-4.
- The LED light will flash 5 times if the programmable key fails to be programmed. If so, please repeat steps 2-3-4.
- Press any non-programmable key of the TV Box Remote Control to exit the programmable state.
When pressing the key, the LED flashes continuously for more than 10 seconds, indicating the battery is low Please replace the battery
How To Connect To The Internet
Be sure the network cable connected to Media Player is from the router, and the router DHCP feature Is on.
- Connect the network cable into the Lan port of the Media Player, and make sure good contact with the internet cable and router.
Connect WIFI
Set >Wifi>Select the desired wireless connection > Enter password
