INSTALLATION

Carefully plan out your installation prior to securing your lights to the mounting surface, making sure that your 5ft. line cord will reach the nearest electrical outlet.
For kitchen installations, the recommended mounting surface is near the front lip of your kitchen under cabinets. This will provide the best light distribution across a countertop.

STEP 1: CHOOSE INSTALL LOCATION
Before installing, select a suitable mounting location that is dry and capable of supporting the pucks. Make sure that there is plenty of room for the included 5ft. power cord to reach the nearest outlet.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL LED PUCK LIGHTS WHILE PLUGGED IN.

STEP 2: MARK SCREW LOCATIONS
On either side of the puck are keyhole tabs. Using these for guidance, hold the puck in place and use a pencil to mark the location for the screws.

STEP 3: PRE-DRILL HOLES
Using the pencil marks for guidance, predrill holes in the mounting surface with a 1/16in. (1.5mm) drill bit for soft woods and a 3/32in. (2.4mm) drill bit for hard woods.

STEP 4: INSERT SCREWS
Insert the screws with a #1 Phillips screwdriver, leaving 1/8in. beyond the surface.

STEP 5: MOUNT PUCKS Align the keyhole tabs with the screws and slide the puck into place. Tighten the screws as needed.

OPERATION

STEP 6: CONNECT WITH LINKING CORDS Insert the 3-pin connector on the power cord into the fixture and the flat plug into the nearest 120VAC 60Hz outlet.

STEP 7: PLUG IN TO POWER The included power cord has a flat plug on one end and a 3-pin connection point on the other. Plug the 3-pin connector into the nearest puck in the sequence and the flat plug into a 120VAC 60Hz outlet.

LOW/OFF/HIGH SWITCH Use the switch on the side of each LED puck to change between OFF, low-level white light and high-level white light. Each puck in the sequence is independently controlled.

LINKING ADDITIONAL FIXTURES: To add more light pucks (sold separately), simply follow the steps above. Keep in mind the distance between each puck and not to exceed the maximum of 20 LED light fixtures per outlet. The sequence is independently controlled.

WARNINGS TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK OR INJURY TO PERSONS:
This fixture has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.

  • Read the entire installation procedure before you begin.
  • Not to be used with a dimming circuit or any other electronically switched control.
  • Do not attempt to install the fixture while plugged in.
  • Save these instructions so you can refer to them at a later time.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Your fixture is made from quality materials that will last for many years with minimum care. When cleaning, make sure you have unplugged your fixture and allowed sufficient time for the unit to cool to room temperature. You should clean the housing and lens using a soft, damp cloth. You should plug your fixture back in only after the fixture has thoroughly dried.
