Installation & Pairing
- Installation
- Connect HDMI signal source to the port “HD IN” of Transmitter
- Connect the port “HD OUT’ of Receiver to the monitor via HDMI cable
- Power on Transmitter & Receiver, when the indicator lights up normally, the system is operating normally; (NOTE: It will take almost 40 seconds for the whole process from being powered on to start. After start, when the indicator is green and flashes normally, that means wireless transmission of video signal is normal, then you will see images on the monitor connected to the receiver.)
- Pairing Method
After transmitter and receiver are powered on, please connect both devices directly via Ethernet cable. When the green indicator is flashing simultaneously, then the pairing is completed. Disconnect the Ethernet cable, the device will automatically switch to wireless connection and you will see images in almost 10 seconds. The device is paired by default before shipment. Troubleshooting & Solutions
Before powering on, please carefully check if ports are well connected.
Issues|
Reasons & Solutions
---|---
No Image| 1, Please confirm if receiver is powered on normally
Please confirm if monitor is working properly
3, Please check if HDMI cable is well connected
Shown “Searching TX”| 1, Please check if TX is powered on normally
2, reduce the transmission distance appropriately
The Signal is weak at RX side. It’s recommended to reduce the transmission
distance appropriately
Shown “No Signal Input”| 1, Please check It the HDMI output is normal
2 , Please confirm if the output resolution of the signal source is within the
supported range
3, Please confirm if the signal source is connected to the HD input of the
transmitter
Short Transmission Distance| 1 , Signal weak, please adjust the antenna angle
or the
device placement
2 , Concrete walls, brick walls, wallpaper, metal doors,
bullet-proof glass, etc. have a relatively large attenuation of RF signals.
Please avoid such obstacles as much as possible in the straight transmission
path;
3, Caused by co-channel interference. Please adjust the
channel to avoid interference frequency;
Image Lagged| 1 , Signal weak, please adjust the antenna angle or the
device placement
2 , The equipment is too far away. Please reduce the
transmission distance appropriately;
3, Caused by co-channel interference. Please adjust the
channel to avoid interference frequency
Infrared Return Invalid| 1, Please confirm if the infrared transmitter or
receiver is
inserted into the wrong hole
2, The infrared transmitter should be placed in front of
the receiving range of the RX as much as possible
Loop-out Failed| 1 , Please make sure the HDMI cable is plugged into the HD
OUT jack of the transmitter
2 , Please confirm if the HDMI cable of the transmitter is
plugged in well or plug it out and in again
