At a glance
How it works
SmartHalo 2 remains on your bike at all times, secured with an anti-theft mechanism. There is no ON or OFF button; it seamlessly activates when it senses your light.
Navigation
Input your destination in the app and let SmartHalo 2 guide you to your
destination with simple turn signals. Missed a turn? No worries, SmartHalo 2
will redirect you.Feeling adventurous? Use compass mode and forge your own
path.
Light
SmartHalo 2’s light turns on when it gets dark while you ride. It’ll shut off on its own can choose your preferred light mode: normal, blink or You can also assign a Quick normal, normal, Touch shortcut manually.
Alarm
SmartHalo 2 activates a motion-triggered anti-theft alarm when you’re gone.
To deactivate it, simply walk within range with your phone (and the app opened
in the background). Out of battery? No worries, simply use your custom Tap
code to deactivate it.
Fitness
SmartHalo 2 displays the metrics of your choice on PeekDisplay. Switch
between them by swiping on the Touch surface.Use the app to view detailed
stats and set goals that SmartHalo 2 displays as circular
progress.
Assistant
Assistant lets you customize SmartHalo 2 to your liking: choose what to
show on PeekDisplay, select call/message/ weather notifications, and pick a
custom horn sound. You can also define Quick Touch shortcuts to easily access
your favorites features. (Some features were released after launch.
)
Installation Instructions
Determine the diameter of your handlebar. If needed, use rubber inserts.
Insert rubber insert in base loops. Align the ridges on the rubber spacer snugly to the indentations in the base.
Place base on handlebar, close the loops and screw the two bolts into the base with the provided Allen key.
- Place SmartHalo 2 sideways and align the bottom of your unit with the rail on the base.
- Rotate 90° to the front.
Mobile app
Download the SmartHalo app from your respective app store. Open the app, and follow instructions.
