OHC motors PRO100 Steering Wheels System

Product Introduction

There is a short-pressing button and a long-pressing button. Long pressing means pressing the L or R more than 2s. When dual-clicking, you must press the second time within 2s. There are 6 buttons in total, the initiations are as followed:

Connecting the OHC intelligent wheel system
After starting up, there will be a LOGO on the displayer. When the LED lights, the instructing lights will be off.
Opening up the displayer and LED, pressing the LL and RL at the same time. After starting up, display will show the off sign, pressing any button to close the displayer within 3s.

Navigation Instructions

Main Menu
There are mainly four menus: ED/LED/racing/setting, choosing the related function in the menu by LK or RK. At this time there will be larger marks and related functions. By RL, you can obtain the related expected menu.

Functional Unit
In the functional menu, you can get the individual function menu by LK, and jump to the first one from the last one. You can choose any functional menu by the introduction buttons. For entering the main menu, press the LL.
Its characteristics of it are the control button inset pattern, which will be introduced in the later setting pattern.

It is usually used in the setting button with logic, and then you can enter to hollow part by pressing RL, which LL can enter to swollen part, which can also be used in the subfunction.

LED Indicator Light

• (a) Matching with engine speed
  When the vehicle is speeding up, the engine speed becomes larger and the LED lights with different colors to provide assistance for drivers so that they can know the active information of the vehicles.

• (b) Matching with the steering angle
  When parking, rotate the steering wheel, and then the LED will shine different colors according to the direction.

• (c) Matching with the flashing turn lights
  hen opening the turn lights, the LED will shine different colors.

Once you enter into the LL and RL in the main menu, you can close the displayer and LED lights. Entering into the LL and RL at the same time, you can re-open the displayer and lead. Product Introduction

Matching Action

1. When the key is in the ON button, pressing the button of the main OBD module more than 5s, the LED lights will shine quickly.
2. Pressing the LL and RL on the wheel at the same time more than 5s, the functional unit on the displayer shines quickly.
3. The speed of the LED becomes lower, and there is “Matching Success” on the displayer.

ED Model Function

ED model provides different functions for supporting the fuel-using priority. There are 10 functional units in the ED model in total, and these units can be controlled by the LK button. Furthermore, LED provides visual help for drivers to master the vehicle information better.

There will be different arrangements based on the vehicle types, and there may be some functional units that cannot be shown.

Fuel Using by Second

[a] second chronograph
There will show hour-, minute-, and a second models in the display. The largest time value is 23:59:59, and then the timer will jump back to 00:00:00 .

When using the second chronograph, you can adjust the other functions in the ED model. Besides, you can change to LED and set up patterns. The timer will be operating in backstage. When displaying the second chronograph, you can count on the time. As long as the second chronograph is operating, you can not change to the racing model. When closing the starting up system, the second chronograph will be off and save time for you. Connecting the starting up system, the second chronograph begins to operate again.

[b] oil using
The oil used can be expressed as each country, and you can see the details in the chapter of the setting up model. Pressing RL,it can be switched between timely oil use and average one.

Timely Oil Using
Timely oil use is a 10km distance for moving average, and it is updated per 100m. If it is possible, it can be shown as the chosen country.

when closing the system, saving the number and keeping it the saver no more than half an hour, and then clearing up it.

Average Oil Using
Average oil use is the amount of oil used since the last setting up, and it also can be shown according to the country.

Before closing the system, the value is stored in the individual saver.
No matter which one is used,it can be set up with LL and RL buttons.

Engine Speed/Vehicle Speed

It shows the engine speed and vehicle speed timely so that to control the vehicle model.

After closing the system, this data will be cleared off.

Engine Load Rate/Vehicle Voltage

It timely shows the engine load rate to control the vehicle model.

After closing the system, this data will be cleared off.

Water Temperature/Oil Temperature

It timely shows the water temperature and oil temperature to control the vehicle model. According to the setting up , it will show the temperature with ℃ or ℉.

After closing the system, this data will be cleared off. The warning data will be saved in the saver.

Remaining Oil

It timely shows the remaining oil to control the vehicle model.
after closing the system, this data will be cleared off. The oil data will be saved in the saver.

Endurance Mileage

It timely shows the endurance mileage to control the vehicle model.
After closing the system, this data will be cleared off.

Turbocharging

It timely shows the turbocharging so that to control the vehicle model.
after closing the system, this data will be cleared off.

LED Switching Function

Through this function, you can open or close the LED to better control it .

Provide the signs for opening or closing the LED to better control it.
Use the LK or RK to open or close it. Chose to open all these LEDs and save it by pressing LL.

Racing Model Function

The racing model provides special functions for the racing road.

It cannot be used to the unsuitable roads. Drivers have the responsibility to drive in a suitable way. You cannot try dangerous driving way or it may be accidents. Racing model functions cannot be used in public roads.

LAP Racing Timer(round time/distance)

LAP racing timer is designed for racing and can count on the time for one round(no more than 0 rounds). It can save every largest time and speed for each round and can show them later. The following example is the timer on a fast racing road in Huanan.

It shows minute, second, millisecond, and LAP on the displayer, the largest one is 59:59’99
after one hour, it cannot be shown by a millisecond.

Example

Pressing RK, you can count on the time and distance for the first round.
The time is lasting 3s. During this time, the timer operates backstage. After 3s, it shows the time of the second round from 0.

The time is lasting 3s. During this time, the timer operates backstage. After 3s, it shows the time of the third round from 0.

Pressing RK, you can count on the time and distance for the second round.
The time is lasting 3s. During this time, the timer operates in backstage. After 3s, it shows the time of third-round from 0.

Repetition as it.
During the course, you cannot use other functions. The timer operates in backstage. Only by showing the timer, you can begin to count the time.

Pressing 2xRK, you can close racing. After 3s, transfer to the CUR model and all the total time.

Under such circumstances, the last round’s time cannot be counted, so it cannot be saved as the total time.

Setting Up Model Functions

The setting up model is used to choose the LED and the individual setting up.
Under the setup model, you can press LK and RK to control, like checking in the form, which will show the mark of reversing. Due to the7 control menus, there are two showing menus,1-4 and 5-7. When transferring from 4 to 5 or from 7 to 1, the menus will change.

Luminance

Pressing LK or RK to set up the displayer and LED. Pressing RL to confirm your choice.

In order to decrease the luminance of the displayer or LED, or you want to increase the luminance of the displayer or LED, please press RK. For saving your choice, please press LL.

when decreasing the luminance, you should close the displayer, so you must press LL and RL at the same time for at least 2s.

Speed Unit

Pressing LK or RK to choose function, transferring from km/h and mph. Pressing LL to save the setting up and come back to the main menu.

Temperature Unit

Pressing LK or RK to choose a function, transferring from ℃ and ℉.
According to the choosing unit, pressing LK to set up the water temperature. You can increase or decrease the value by LK or RK.

Over the valve, the indicating light will shine and warn you of the possible over-heating for the engine, matter what the contents are.
Pressing LL to save the setting up and come back to the main menu.

when it refers to km/h in choosing the speed unit, you just can choose EC and JP for oil using unit. If choosing mph, the oil using units are US and UK

Speed Switching Limit Value

You can adjust LED based on the vehicles or your driving way by setting up. The limit value is shown by one LED. The value can be changed to the best button or the highest value. Pressing RL to choose any limit value.

Pressing LK or RK, you can reduce or increase per 100 from 1000 to 9900 Pressing LL to save the setting up and come back to the main menu

The arrangements of LED are as follows:

1. LED in 50%-60%(green)
2. LED in 60%-70%(green)
3. LED in 70%-80%(yellow)
4. LED in 80%-90%(yellow)
5. LED in 90%-100%(red)

Time-recording Model Choose
If necessary, you can measure the time by hand or measure by a toucher
