Insert the micro sd card into the slot of the camera. (Please make sure that you use a 16GB-128GB high-speed micro sd card, class 10 or above).

Add a camera to the network with the following method
Wire Installation:
Please power on the camera, press the reset button for about 8-10 seconds(You will hear a loudly strange sound, that means the camera finish resetting), please connect one end of the Ethernet cable to your WIFI router and the other end of the Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port of your camera.

Enter the app, click Add device, choose “IP camera”, the app will enter into the following page:

Choose “Connected network cable”, and the app will search for the UID of the device in the current LAN automatically. Select the UID to be added and click the add button, the device will automatically search nearby WIFI signals to enter the wireless configuration interface.
Then enter your WIFI password, click “Configure wireless, and add”, after WIFI configuration is successful, jump to the device list interface; if you don’t want to configure WIFI at present, click the “don’t configure yet, add directly” button directly, add camera after confirmation.
Note: Please confirm that the device and mobile phone are connected to the same LAN.
Wireless Installation:
Please power on the camera, and press the “Reset” button for about 8s~10s, you will hear a loudly strange sound, which means the camera finish resetting. Open your phone’s wifi, you will find “IPCAM-xxxxxx”, the password is “01234567”.
Note: if your phone can not connect the camera’s wifi successfully, please delete the camera’s wifi fion your phone and then refresh the wifi page, choose the camera’s wifi, and enter the password again.

Enter the app, click Add device, choose “IP camera”, the app will enter into the following page:

Click “Yes, I Want To Add This Device,” the app will show device information, the default password is “admin”, click “ADD TO”, the app will enter into wireless configuration, choose the wi finetwork you use frequently, enter Wifi’s password then click” Configure wireless and add”, you will hear a loudly strange sound after 10-15s, that means the camera is working in wi fimode.
Note:
- Please install the WIFI Antenna first if you want to connect the camera via Wifi.
- The default resolution of the video is SD, please choose HD resolution.
Computer Installation
Please contact us at our after-service email to download the software on your connected camera’s computer if you need it. You can see it all via this software at the same time.
Add a device in use
【Scan QR code】
Enter the camera interface on the app, choose the added camera, click in the
upper right corner of the page, and then click in the upper right corner of
the page, a QR code will be produced, scan this QR code by the other phone to
add this camera on the app.
【Search nearby devices 】

Access the APP, click on “+ “ and choose “IP camera”, you will enter the following page:

Click on “Device in use” – “Search for nearby devices”, the list of devices will automatically show you (the devices must use the same WiFi network as your phone has connected).

Choose the device you want to add, it will enter the camera information automatically and then click “Add to” to finish adding the device.
Delete camera
On the device list interface, long-press the camera to delete or click the setting button to enter the camera setting interface, click the delete device button to delete the added camera.
Camera parameters
When the camera is online, click the icon on the camera list interface or live interface to enter the camera parameter setting interface.
Videos/pictures search and view
7.1 Remote video playback and download
(Means videos are saved on SD Card)
【 Remote video playback and download 】
Click the camera list interface button to enter the remote recording list
interface, the APP will search the latest 6 hours of recording files by
default. Click the video file on the video list interface, and then click
Download, the video file will be downloaded automatically. The downloaded video
file will be saved in the local video interface.
7.2. Local video
playback and download
(Means videos are saved on a phone album)
Find the camera you want to view on the camera list interface, click the icon
, select the video page, and the video files will be displayed. You can sort
the video files
according to the size and duration of the video files. Click the button to save
the video file to the mobile phone album.
Click the edit button to delete the selected video file.
View local snapshots
Click the picture page in the local file interface, the local snapped pictures
will be displayed, the pictures are sorted according to the snapshot time,
click the preview thumbnail to view the pictures, and click the button ****to
delete or save the pictures to the album.
FAQ
Q: How to reset the camera to the factory default setting?
A: Hold the reset button for about 10 seconds to reset the camera. Camera’s
default password: admin (To improve the security, it is highly recommended
that you modify the password of the camera).
Q: Any tips for WiFi connection?
A: The camera support only a 2.4G frequency signal, and an 802.11b/g/n WiFi
network.
B: The WiFi password should be less than 16 digits, and can not contain
special characters, such as @ ¥ ! etc., suggest you to make a password that
contains only letters and numbers.
Please upgrade the APP to the latest version.
Q: No vision at night time?
A:
① Check if the IR function is enabled or not;
② Check if the IR LED is on or not;
③ Reset the camera back to factory setting;
④ Upgrade the camera to the latest firmware.
Q: The camera’s picture is blurred?
A: ① Login to the camera’s web interface, adjust the picture quality to HD
mode;
②Clean the camera lens with a cotton swab.
③The WiFi signal will cause this problem, because it may have a low download
speed. Please check your WiFi download speed.
