Installation of electric film roll

Electric film winder is used to open and close side windows and top windows of plastic film greenhouses, and the drive shaft adopts 22 or 25 galvanized pipes.

Installation precautions:

1. The driving steel pipe is cut by about 150mm from the end of the film roll in the greenhouse, and there must be no bending or twisting.
2. Use M8 hexagon screws to connect the joint of the drive shaft and the drive steel pipe.
3. The overlapping length between the telescopic tube (outside) and the telescopic tube (inside) shall not be less than 100mm of the width of the roll film.
4. After the telescopic tube (inner) and the fixed tube are hinged, they should be able to rotate around the fixed steel pipe.
5. The side-opening electric coil climbing steel pipe and the driving steel pipe should form a right angle.

Wiring method of electric film roll

The working voltage of the electric film winder is DC 24v, which can be obtained through the transformer. When selecting the transformer, the capacity of the transformer should be considered. In principle, the capacity of the transformer should be greater than the total power of the load end. The wiring diagram from the transformer to the film winder can refer to the following picture:

Limit switch adjustment method of electric film roll

After the film winder is installed, it needs to adjust the limit. Before adjusting the limit, check whether the power supply is connected and whether the power supply voltage is correct. After the inspection is confirmed, the limit can be adjusted.
Adjustment steps:

1.  Fix the film winder in the middle position of the film unwinding, turn on the power to make the motor run, change the direction of the motor several times to test whether the click works normally.
2. The drive shaft of the film roll can rotate up to about 40 circles (about 10 minutes). When a 25mm film roll is used, the roll width is about 4m.
3. The limit switch part of the film roll is shown in the figure. When the product leaves the factory, both red and green are set to 0. When the 25mm film roll is used as the driving axis, each large scale scale rolls the film height. It is about 0.08m, and the height of the rolled film of the inner 10-grid scale film tube is about 1mm.
4. Open the waterproof cover, slightly press the adjustment knob, and rotate to adjust to the width of the roll film.
5. After the limit switch is adjusted, run it several times to test whether the limit switch works normally, and adjust it to the best working position at the same time.
6. Once the limit switch is adjusted, please do not change it at will.

Electric film winding machine accessories

1. output shaft joint, 1 22-tube plastic sleeve, 3 M8x25 outer hexagon bolts, 1 M6x55 bolt, and 1 M6 nut.

Note:

1.  After the film roll is installed, be sure to cover the waterproof cover to prevent water from entering.
2.  After the film winding device is installed, check whether the film winding tube is straight and the entire shaft runs without obstacles. After confirming that the drive shaft rotates smoothly, turn on the motor.
