Installation
important:
Each time the TPMS sensor is changed or disassembled, it is MANDATORY to
replace the TPMS sensor washer, nut, screw, and valve core accessories (use
only CUB service component kits designed for TPMS sensor) to ensure proper
sealing.
For Clamp-In Metal Valve Sensors:
- Insert sensor, metal valve stem, and valve stem screw into the wheel. Hold in place by hand. Loosely screw into place so sensor drop angle can be adjusted. From the outside wheel, put on valve stem nut.
- While holding the sensor down against the wheel bottom, hand tighten the nut. with a torque wrench, tighten the nut to 4.ONm.
- Holding sensor down against wheel bottom, with a torque wrench, tighten valve stem screw to 2.0Nm and place the plastic cap.

CUB warrants that the TPMS sensor shall be free from defects in workmanship and material during the warranty period. CUB does not assume any liability in case of faulty, incorrect installation of the product, or by using other products causing TPMS sensor malfunction on the part of customer or user.
