I had the same issue. When I read up on it I found out I have to let it completely run out of battery before charging it.

Yes, you can, as long as it has enough charge to operate for several minutes. Generally, we recommend charging it fully first before use. It takes about 2 hours for a full charge and each full charge can last for multiple uses, or a total of about 1.5 hours of running time, depending on individual use.

I can’t see why it wouldn’t work on any kind of bump it works great on corns calluses dry skin that is created on your heels
