Please read the instruction manual carefully before using
Thank you for choosing the Pet-D intelligent product, in order to guarantee
your personnel and property safety, please read this manual carefully before
using. Under no circumstances shall Pet-D be liable to pay compensation or
damages to any person or any loss, injury, or damage, unless it’s explicitly
stipulated in the laws, whatsoever occasioned by this product or as a result
of not following the items and conditions in this manual.
The authorization of the instruction manual, trademark, and font size are owned by Pet-D and its detail party; in case the items and conditions laid in the instruction manual are not identical with the actual product (including the APP), the actual product (APP) shall be prevailing. Pet-D shall, subject to the law, reserve the rights to modify items and conditions laid in the instruction manual without further notice, as well as the interpretation of it. Objection to the instruction manual, if any, shall be raised in writing by the customers within 7(seven) days after purchasing, otherwise, it’s assumed that the customer has completely accepted and understood all terms and conditions of the instruction manual.
Statement of authorization
This APP(Pet-D) shall keep and protect the individual authority of all users,
in order to provide a more accurate and personalized service to you, this APP
shall be used in accordance with the authorization, and sharing of the
operating right of your equipment. This APP shall be very careful with this
information. Unless otherwise desricepsin this statement of Authorization,
this APP shall not disclose this information to the third party without your
permission if you have shared the authorization to another user, he /she shall
have such authorization of this equipment, In case the equipment user has
decided to share the authorization, it means he/she has fully understood the
items and conditions mentioned above, and our company shall not be held the
reserves the right of lan interpretation of the authorization clause, and has
the right to terminate the service agreement with the authorized user
immediately.
Product parameters
Battery Installation Guide
With the bottom of the product facing upwards, slide the bottom cover buckle with your rangers, remove the bottom cover, install the battery as required, and really close the bottom cover. The picture on the right is the desiccant storage box, you can put the desiccant or catnip by opening the cover.
Operation
Open the top cover, pour the snacks (single diameter is within 5-15mm), then
tighten the top cover, and turn on the power.
Rotate to open the hatch, and remove the snack plate to clean, easy to clean,
and do not hurt the product.
Connection method:
The best use range is keeping the smart product close to the Bluetooth
launcher within 10 meters, this equipment can’t support the 5G network at
present.
Open the APP, click Agree, and register a new account, as shown in above.
- Click”Add Device”, as shown in 2-4;
- Click “Auto Scan” at the right top of the APP, as shown in 2-5;
- Click”Enable Bluetooth “first, then click “Start scanning”, as shown in 2-6.
- Keep the Bluetooth device turned on and start the search, if the search fails, restart the product and repeat the above operations, as shown in 2-7;
- If an available device is found, click “Next” as shown in 2-8;
- Wait for the loading process to be completed as shown in 2-9.

The Bluetooth on the APP is turned in blue color to indicate a successful connection, and grey color as failure connection, shown as in 3-2;

Successfully linked into device operation interface shown as in 3-3.

If other members who are not in the family group want to connect to this device, they need to ask the previous user to click here to remove the device (refer to ⑦) from APP before starting the connection.

Click here to change the light between ambient light and marquee light.

Adjust here to change the light color.

Adjust here to change the light brightness.

Adjust here to change the sports setting.

Adjust here to change the feed intake time setting.
Create a family group and add family members to the APP
- Click the setting on the right top to enter the next step as 3-5, shown as in 3-4;
- Click “Share Device” to enter steps 3-6， as shown in 3-5;
- Click “Add Home Member” to enter steps 3-7， as shown in 3-6;
- Enter the family member information(the added account must be consistent with the registered acount when adding a new family member)， shown in 3-7;
- After the operation is completed, the invited members will receive a notification, follow the operation reminder to join the family group(other members’ Bluetooth must be disconnected when family members are connecting).

- This product does not apply to any use other than accompanying the purchaser’s own pet.
- Warning: Pet treats are not to be consumed by children, please use caution and supervision when dispensing around children.
- Warning: Stop using the device and contact customer service if there is a sign of malfunction such as abnormal odor, smoke, or heat.
FAQS
Why are the snacks not coming out when pressing the treat button from the
App?
Answer:
- The treat container is out of snacks please fill it with snacks.
- If the treat container is not empty, please check if the food outlet is blocked or damaged. Clean the food outlet with caution, if necessary.
- The network connection is delayed or interrupted. Please check your network connection and press the treat button again.
Note:
The new account will not be able to reconnect the product if you do not
unbind it with the previous account.
