Thanks very much for choosing our android TV Box. In order to make it more
convenient for you to use proficiently, we provide you with a user manual.
Please read it carefully before using it and properly keep it for reference.

Chapter 1 System Introduction
1.1 Key Features
- Android 6.0.1 operating system with ARM Cortex A53 Quad Core CPU 2GHz and Penta Core GPU with Mali 450
- Support many IPTV (Interactive Personality TV) and OTT TV programmers
- Support four main HD formats: VC-1, H.264, H.265, MPEG-2, and many other normal formats such as MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DIVX, RealMedia, and so on.
- Video formats include AVI, MPG, VOB, RMVB, MKV, M2TS, TS, and so on.
- Photo formats include JPEG, BMP, and PNG without size limitations.
- Audio formats include MP3,WMA,WAV,AC3,DTS,AAC and so on.
- Support Micro SD cards.
- Support two USB 2.0 connectors with a maximum output current of 1.5A/5V.
- Support standard RJ45 cable network connection and wireless network connection.

Chapter 2 Remote Controller
2. 1 Introduction of Remote
POWER: Press to turn/off
FF: Press to fast forward when playing a video
Play/Pause: Press to pause when playing. video, music, or photo.
Stop: Press to stop when playing a video
Rew: Press to rewind when playing a video
VOL: Press to increase/decrease the volume.
HOME: Fast key to go back to the main menu.
RETURN: Press to return back to the previous menu.
Navigation: Press to navigate left/right/up/down. Press OK to confirm
your choice.
MENU: Press to choose the function menu of the corresponding application
in video, music, photo, and website.
Mouse: Fast key to go back to the mouse.
Numberkeypad0-9: Press to input the Arabic number.
Backspace: Press to back.
MUTE: Press to turn down the volume.

Move to “File browser’. Press OK to enter into the device list.
When inserting with a USB device or SDISDHCIMMC cards. the sign “Device is
mounting ‘will be shown on the screen.
Here you can cut a copy. paste and move the files and folder between the local
disk and external storage card.

Move to “Media center’ con, you can play all your preferred media here.

5.11 OTA Update
Move the “OTA update” icon, and press OK to enter.
Click “online update” if there is an update on the server, you can choose to
download it After the upgrade finished, the system will restart
automatically.|
Chapter 6 Settings
Move to the “Setting” icon; press ok to enter into the system setting.
6.1 Network
Move to “Network “, you can make a selection with WiFi, Ethernet, and VPN.
6.2 Display
Move to “Display”, and you can set the Screen Resolution, Position, Rotation,
Daydream, and HDR on/off, fast and easy. 6.3 Sounds
Move to “Sounds”, and can set the audio output style and mode by Box. 6.4 Apps
Move to “Apps”, and press to enter into the system app’s working interface.
You can find the app’s working situation here. 6.5 Storage and
Reset
Move to “Storage”, and press to enter into the system storage interface. You
can read the internal storage and external device storage from here. 6.6 Language
Move to “Language”, press to into Language and input setting. There are many
countries’ Languages to choose from. You can set keyboard and input methods,
text-to-speech output speed, and mouse pointer speed. 6.7 About Device
Move to “About Device”, and press OK to enter into TV Box information.
Chapter 7 Troubleshooting
Warning
Under no circumstances should you try to repair the TV box by yourself, as
this will invalidate the warranty. Do not open the TV box as there is a risk
of electric shock. If a fault occurs, first check with the points listed below
before taking the TV box for repair. If you are unable to remedy a problem by
following hints, consult your dealer for help.
Problem | Solution |
---|---|
No power | – Check if the power adaptor is properly connected to the power and |
the TV box.
– Press the power on the remote controller to turn on the power.
No picture| – Re-connect with an HDMI cable or AV cable
No sound or distorted sound| – Adjust the volume.
– Check that the speakers are connected correctly.
No audio or digital output| – Check the digital connections.
– Check if your amplifier is set correctly.

The player does not respond to the Remote Control| – Aim the remote control
directly at the sensor on the front of the TV box.
– Reduce the distance to the TV box.
– Replace the batteries in the remote control.
The player does not respond to some operating commands during| – Operations
may not be permitted. Refer to the user manual. -Possibility of system halted,
re-insert with a power adaptor to restart.
No sound during movies playback| – The audio codec may not be supported by the
TV box. You can change to the supported audio on the playing menu. -Check the
volume.
The contents of the USB flash drive cannot be read| – The USB flash drive
format is not compatible with the box. -If one of the USBs can not be read,
please turn off the TV Box for 30 seconds and restart the TV Box.
Slow operation of the USB flash drive| – Big file size or high-resolution USB
flash drive takes a long time to read and display on the TV screen.
No sound with HDMI connection| – Check the connection between the TV and the
HDMI jack of the box.
– Check your TV system setup.
– Check the volume.
The TV screen is blank and the player LED is blinking| – Turn off your TV Box,
wait 30 seconds, and turn it on again.
-If under HDMI status, check if the HDMI connection is correct or change another HDMI cable and set the output resolution of this TV Box to 720p.

This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance 20cm between the radiator & your body.
