8. Can I use these with a softphone setup? I’ve tried other gaming earphones but they don’t let me select them as a speaker.
   Don’t know what this is.

9. Have any deaf people used this? Is it good?
   My husband said they hurt his ears.

10. In a metalhead with hearing loss from being in the army. Are they loud earphones?
    Part of the response would depend on the type and measure of your hearing loss. I asked my husband – he is dependent on hearing aids – and he enjoys them because he is able to hear sounds he hasn’t heard for quite some time. Also, the level of volume can possibly be adjusted on your device to improve what you are able to hear. Look in the settings, then accessibility, then sound.

11. How is the cord on these? I have trouble with earbuds that transfer noise from things touching/running into the cords to your ears. Do these do that?

    Yes, the Galaxy S10 still has the plug-in jack. The series after the S10 will be able to use Bluetooth only.

15. How well do these work for Xbox One?
    These earbuds work with Xbox One. They have the 3.5mm headset jack in the bottom, and so to use them all you have to do is plug the headphones into the controller. However, if you’re using a first-generation Xbox One controller, there is, unfortunately, no headphone jack.

16. How are these headphones durability-wise?
    I think very durably, but I’m good about storing them in the handy case they give you. It’s a strong, wrapped cable. Have only had about two months, but I think they are gonna hold up better than any I’ve owned previously. I love them! Clarity is great in conversations.
