The product package includes the following components:

Carefully read and understand the information on this instruction sheet before beginning assembly and installation. Failure to do so could lead to an electrical hazard. THIS DEVICE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE WITH EMERGENCY EXITS. WARNING – RISK OF FIRE OR ELECTRIC SHOCK. INSTALLATION OF THIS RETROFIT KIT REQUIRES A PERSON FAMILIAR WITH THE CONSTRUCTION ANO OPERATION OF THE LUMINAIRE’S ELECTRICAL SYSTEM ANO THE HAZARD INVOLVED. IF NOT QUALIFIED, 00 NOT ATTEMPT INSTALLATION. CONTACT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN. INSTALLERS SHOULD NOT DISCONNECT EXISTING WIRES FROM LAMPHOLDER TERMINALS TO MAKE NEW CONNECTIONS AT LAMPHOLDER TERMINALS. INSTEAD, INSTALLERS SHOULD CUT EXISTING LAMPHOLDER LEADS AWAY FROM THE LAMPHOLDER AND MAKE NEW ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS TO LAMPHOLDER LEAD WIRES BY EMPLOYING CONNECTORS SUITABLE FOR THE APPLICATION.
OPTION A – Installing with the Outlet-to-E26 Lamp Socket Adapter
- Remove the lamp base protective cover from the LED fixture.
- Turn off the ON/OFF switch of the fixture and the wall switch (if applicable).
- Screw in the E26 lamp socket adapter clockwise into the LED fixture.
- Plug the fixture into the outlet and turn on the wall switch and the ON/OFF switch of the fixture.
OPTION B – Installing without the Outlet-to-E26 Lamp Socket Adapter
- Remove the lamp base protective cover from the LED fixture.
- Turn off the ON/OFF switch of the fixture and the wall switch (if applicable).
- Screw in the fixture clockwise into a E26 lamp holder and turn on the wall switch and the ON/OFF switch of the fixture.

return the fixture. Do not return this fixture lo the retailer. This limited
warranty does not cover fixtures subject lo accident, neglect, abuse, misuse
or acts of God.
