Safety Information:
IMPORTANT: This product may be used solely on vehicles used in sanctioned competition and may never be used upon a public road or highway unless permitted by specific regulatory exemption.

To ensure maximum voltage at the pump, a 12-gauge hardwire kit is strongly recommended for optimum performance (DeatschWerks part #FPHWK)

This 340lph DW300m is the only 300+ LPH pump with drop-in fitment for the Ford Mustang GT, and the GT500 dual pump module. To achieve Ford-specific fitment ,we engineered this pump to replicate the OE’s  unique compact size, end cap geometries, electrical connector, and outlet barb. The result is a 340LPH pump that precisely installs into Ford modules with no wire splicing, no hacking, and no zip-ties. A single DW300m will support over 500hp on any 2v/3v mustang. In addition, the DW300m is compatible with pulse with modulated pump drivers and is fully compatible with ethanol blended fuels. All DW fuel pumps are backed by a 3-year no fault warranty.

Product Usage Instructions

Installation:

  1. Ensure the vehicle’s power source is disconnected before installation.
  2. Select a suitable location for the pump within the fuel tank, ensuring proper clearance and secure mounting.
  3. Connect the Inlet Fitting and Outlet Fitting securely to the fuel lines.
  4. Connect the Spade Pos/Neg terminals to the appropriate power source following the specified voltage range.
  5. If recommended, use a 12-gauge hardwire kit (DeatschWerks part #FPHWK) for optimal performance.

Maintenance:
Regularly inspect the pump for any signs of damage or leaks. Clean the pump and surrounding area as needed to prevent debris buildup. Replace any worn-out components promptly to ensure continued performance.

Troubleshooting:
If experiencing issues with pump performance, check the power source connections, ensure proper voltage input, and inspect the fuel lines for any blockages or leaks. Contact technical support if problems persist.

Storage:
When not in use, store the pump in a dry and secure location away from extreme temperatures or moisture to prolong its lifespan.

Disposal:
Dispose of the pump responsibly according to local regulations for electronic waste disposal. Avoid releasing any fuel residues into the environment.
