Product Usage Instructions

1. Turning On/Off:
   To turn on the KNYCKLAN device, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. To turn it off, repeat the same step.

2. Language Selection:
   To select your preferred language, navigate to the language settings using the menu button and choose from Svenska, Norsk, Suomi, or English.

3.   Battery Charging:
   Make sure to charge the device for at least 4 hours using the provided charging cable before first-time use. Connect the cable to a power source and the device’s charging port.

4.   Water Resistance:
   The KNYCKLAN device has an IPX5 water resistance rating. It can withstand splashes of water but should not be fully submerged in water.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions):

• Q: How do I reset the device?
  A: To reset the device, press the reset button located on the back of the device using a small pin or paperclip.

• Q: Can I change the battery of the device?
  A: The battery of the KNYCKLAN device is not user-replaceable. Please contact customer support for any battery-related issues.

KNYCKLAN

•  When you turn on the remote the water stays on for 4 hours.
• When you turn on the receiver the water stays on until you turn it off manually.
• When the battery is low, a light flashes on the remote.
• When the alarm sounds, please read the instructions in the manual.
• To reset the remote, press the reset button 4 times within 5 seconds. To reset the receiver, press the on and off buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
• To pair the remote control and receiver after a reset, simultaneously press the receiver’s on and  off buttons twice until the receiver starts flashing alternately. Then, hold the remote control less than 5 cm away from the receiver and press and hold the pairing button on the remote control for 10 seconds.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

  ALARM FUNCTION
  The leakage sensor, located under the dishwasher has an alarm that sounds when liquid is detected by  the sensor. To turn off the alarm, press the button on the remote control or receiver.
  The alarm must be reset in order to turn the dishwasher shut unit on again. To reset the alarm, you must dry the water detector or disconnect it from the receiver and then, once dry, re-connect it.
  Note! Always check your pipes for leakage after an alarm.

• To clean, wipe with a soft dry cloth.

• NOTE!
  Never use abrasive cleaners or chemical solvents as this can damage the product.

• IMPORTANT!
  The wireless remote is for indoor use only and can be used in temperatures ranging from 0º C to 40º C.

• Do not leave the wireless remote in direct sunlight or near any heat source, as it may overheat.

• The range between the wireless remote and the receiver is measured in open air. Different building materials and placement of the units can affect the wireless connectivity range.
