Precautions
- Do not use this tool if you have an active ear infection, ruptured eardrum or redness. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical care whenever you feel pain or discomfort during use.
- Please read the instruction carefully. We do not assume responsibility for any injuries that might be caused by our products. If you have ear drainage, discharge, ear pain, ear perforation or injury, please consult with doctors before using.
- The downloaded app helps you visualize and remove ear wax from ear canal. Please keep the ear spoon at a safe distance from the eardrum.
- Please be careful when using it to avoid getting too deep into the ear canal and causing injury to ear canal.
- If the ear wax is hard and stubborn to remove, please use ear drops for a few days to soften it before removing. Do not press too hard on your ear canal when removing the wax to avoid any scraping.
- If there is a significant buildup of earwax when first using the device, it’s best to remove the wax in stages to avoid irritation.
- After the initial wax cleaning, use the device as required to avoid any further build-up of wax.
- Always disinfect the accessories and device with alcohol after use. When cleaning the lens, please wipe carefully with professional alcohol wipe cotton swab. It is forbidden to soak in water or wash the whole body.
- It is forbidden to use this device while charging.
- It is prohibited for children to use this product alone to avoid careless harm.
Steps to use on the phone
Step 1
Download “Soulear” App
For iOS:
Download and install the App”Soulear” from
App Store.
For Android:
Download and install the App”Soulear” from
Google Play Store.
Optional:
Scan the QR Code below to download the App.
Compatible Device:
Android 4.4, iOS 9.0 and higher version.
Android system phone like Samsung S7, Galaxy
S6 edge, Note 8, S8, S8+, S9+, S10, Google Pixel,XL, Pixel 3, Nexus 6p, Huawei
Mate9, Mate 10, Mate 20 Pro, OnePlus etc.
iOS system phone like iPhone 6, 6s, 7, 7+, 8, 8+, X, XR, etc.
Notice:
This model can’t work for computer systems!
Step 2
Long press the switch key to open the device, after 5 seconds, then step into
the next operation.
Step 3
Open the “Soulear” App, click the “Connect Device”, follow the pop-up prompt
and click to connect now to jump to the mobile WIFI setting interface.
Step 4
Find “Soulear-xxxx” on the WIFI setting interface and click to connect.
Step 5
After the mobile phone displays “Soulear-xxxx” WIFI is connected, return to
the App again and click the “Connected” to enter the device.
After connecting to the WIFI of the product, you will be asked some questions:
iOS:
“Soulear”would like to find and connect to devices on your local network.
Suggestion: Click “OK”
Allow “Soulear” to use wireless data? Suggestion:
Click “WLAN&Cellular/WLAN Only”
Android:
If your mobile phone displays the following prompts, WiFi has no data
connection, whether to continue trying to use the WiFi? Whether to keep the
connection? Whether to switch WiFi?
Suggestion: Click “Keep”/”CONNECT”/”Decline”option

Helpful Tips

Before use, please check and confirm that the replaceable ear spoon silicone cover is assembled to the designated position and not easy to fall (as shown in the picture).

If you are the first time using this product, you should carefully and slowly adapt to the touch of the ear spoon in the ear canal and then track it from the APP to get the ear canal environment to avoid accidental injury to your ear canal.

Before use, you can choose wet wipes or alcohol cotton to wipe the front camera of ear spoon. If necessary, you can freely replace the accessories you want to use.

Please be sure to choose the “Connect”. If you choose “CANCEL” at the first
time, you need to forget network of the “Soulear-xxxx” WIFI on
your phone, then connect with this WIFI again. Continue to open the app and
choose “CONNECT” of this question, so that it can work properly.
3. Enter your mobile device setting and allow the “Soulear” App to access
“WLAN” or “WLAN & Cellular Data”.
4. Close the App and open it again.
5. Turn the mobile phone data on, then off again.
Ear endoscope’s red light on| Please charge the product
WIFI connection break| Please restart ear endoscope, open the App, connect to
WIFI
When iPhone prompts “cannot join this WIFI, the network is temporarily
unavailable, please try again later”| When the above situation occurs, please
try to turn off the product, turn it on again after 30s, and reconnect to WIFI
to connect and use.
When Android phone connects to WIFI, it prompts “Network access is full”| When
the above situation occurs, please try to turn off the product, turn it on
again after 30s, and reconnect to WIFI to connect and use.
The power indicator of the ear pick shows red| Please use the matching
charging cable to charge
