Product Usage Instructions
Preparation of the Device
- Find the flyer with your unique order number attached to the package.
- Create a customer account on start.kontakt.io using the order number to add your devices to the customer panel.
- Download the app and configure your Smart Badge.
- The Smart Badge is now operational.
Note: A long press of the button turns off the ID. Activation works oppositely.
Important Safety Measures:
- Do not modify the product to avoid warranty expiration.
- Avoid subjecting the product to mechanical pressure.
- Do not leave the packaging unattended as it may pose a choking hazard to children.
- Use the device only in dry indoor environments.
- Service, adjustments, or repairs must be carried out by the manufacturer or authorized experts.

For proper operation, it is necessary to use the entire set of 20 devices.
To individually assign a Smart Badge to a user, follow the automatic online
configuration process on cloud.kontakt.io

The device is ready to be used in an ‘out of the box’ manner. The device is ready to perform as soon as it is programmed and assembled. Smart Badge constantly broadcasts Bluetooth signals for tracking purposes. Smart Badge constantly scans for Infrared signals for location tracking purposes. In case of possible malfunctioning, users are advised to contact technical support to get assistance and replacement of devices not working and are still under warranty.
