The iOS system cannot utilize the user manual
When the up or down buttons on the remote control for the iOS system are not functi oning, please follow the steps below for troubleshooting.

Adjust the slider to position the screen cursor closer to the center of the screen. Note: lf the cursor is positioned in the top left corner or bottom right corner of the screen, it can cause the remote control function to malfunction.
