Product Usage Instructions

Installation Steps:

1. Install AEV Programming Harness into the OBDII connector:
2. Pinch to release the tabs holding the OBDII connector in place.
3. Remove the gray connector locks by pushing the tabs out.
4. Install the 2 terminals of the harness into the OBDII connector according to labels in cavities 1 and 9.
5. Reinstall the OBDII connector locks.
6. Attach the OBDII connector back in the factory location.
7. Locate the green Star connector under the left side of the dash.
8. Install the AEV Programming Harness into any open slot in the green Star connector.
9. Follow instructions for ProCal SNAP.

INSTALLATION

1. Install AEV Programming Harness into the OBDII connector.

2. Pinch to release the tabs holding the OBDII connector in place.

3. Remove the gray connector locks by pushing the tabs out as shown.

4. Install the 2 terminals of the harness into the OBDII connector according to labels in cavities 1 and 9.
   NOTE : although small, the cavities are labeled on the front of the connector.
   Wire Insertion Side:

5. Reinstall the OBDII connector locks.

6. Attach the OBDII connector back in the factory location.

7. Locate the green Star connector under the left side of the dash.
   NOTE : 2019+ trucks may have two green Star connectors depending on the trim level. If this is the case, use the connector with two rows of slots.

8. Install the AEV Programming Harness into any open slot in the green Star connector.

9. Follow instructions for ProCal SNAP.
