Right Side Step
Installation procedures
Installation Steps:( Taking The Right Step as an Introduction)
- Remove the original side beam from front to rear ,you will see a row of weep holes.
- Install the side step to the bodywork
- Install the brackets:(Take the three right brackets as an Introduction)
Bracket Installation Hole
- Please find out the weep hole for the Right- Front bracket,20CM away from the front end of side Beam. Then remove the plug in the weep hole and use 12mm T-screw; Fix the front and back of the Right-Front bracket on the car body with the 12mm T-scew and 10mm Nibbed Screw respectively.
- Please find out the weep hole for the Right-Middle bracket,110CM away from the front end of the side beam. Then remove the plug in the weep hole and use 8mm T-screw;Fix both the front and back of Right-Mid bracket with 8mm T-scew.
- Please find out the weep hole for the Right-Rear bracket,190CM away from the front end of the side beam.Then remove the plug in the weep hole and put in 12mm T-screw,and then fix the Right-Rear bracket on the car body with it. 4Completed!
Product Usage Instructions:
Step 1: Removing the Original Side Beam
Remove the original side beam from front to rear until you see a row of
weep holes.
Step 2: Installing the Side Step
Attach the side step to the bodywork securely.
Step 3: Installing the Brackets
Right Front Bracket Installation:
- Locate the weep hole for the Right-Front bracket, which is 20cm away from the front end of the side beam.
- Remove the plug in the weep hole and use a 12mm T-screw to fix the front and back of the Right-Front bracket on the car body with a 12mm T-screw and a 10mm Nibbed Screw respectively.
Right Middle Bracket Installation:
- Find the weep hole for the Right-Middle bracket, which is 110cm away from the front end of the side beam.
- Remove the plug in the weep hole and use an 8mm T-screw to fix both the front and back of the Right-Middle bracket.
Right Rear Bracket Installation:
- Identify the weep hole for the Right-Rear bracket, located 190cm away from the front end of the side beam.
- Remove the plug in the weep hole and insert a 12mm T-screw to fix the Right-Rear bracket on the car body.
Step 4: Completion
Once all brackets are securely installed, your side step installation is completed!
