Product Usage Instructions

Color Use Skills:

• White: Enhances brightness when used on darker backgrounds. Reduces brightness of Yellow:B series, L series, M series. Special effects like white spots and horizontal lines are improved.
• White C: Enhances brightness and special effects like bleaching, white spots, and cracks. Works well with green crown and gum colors.
• Pink: Adds warm and red color tones. Works with A series and R series. Helps in reducing brightness.
• Brown: Provides dark reddish brown color for Fossa. Works with A3.5, A4, SM series.
• Blue: Enhances incisal color, increases transparency. Adds cool tones and reduces brightness.
• Black: Special effect color that reduces lightness and enhances transparency of incisal areas.
• Purple Gray: Adds gray to incisal color and reduces brightness. Works with C series.
• Terracotta: Deepens cervical and occlusal surfaces.
• Orange 1: Versatile color with a milky glow special effect.
• Orange 2: Adds warm color with a special effect resembling developing leaves.

Sintering Curve:
The first sintering should be done at temperatures ranging from 450 to 750°C based on the specific shade being used.

In order to meet the trend of today’s digital transformation and help customers achieve minimal all-ceramic aesthetic restoration, Aidite has launched a new type of external dye paste specially developed for CAD/CAM zirconia restorations, which aims to enable external dye technicians to quickly and easily produce restorations that imitate the aesthetic effect of natural teeth.

It’s can be used for staining and glazing of ceramic materials such as full contour crowns, porcelain crowns, glass ceramics, etc.

Staining operation

• Standardized staining operation:

1. The crown part is painted with transparent glaze as a whole.
2. The cervical is painted with the main colors such as A shade.
3. Use blue to create transparency on incisal 1/3.
4.  Sintered according to the suggested sintering curve.

• Personalized staining operation:

  • The crown part is painted with transparent glaze as a whole.

  • The cervical is painted with the main colors (such as A shade), terracotta and A little brown.

  • Use orange 2 on the upper 1/3 of the incisal edge to build mamelon finger structure.
    Blue 1, blue 2 or a small amount of black shall be used for 1/3 of the incisal to enhance the transparency.

  • Use orange 1 at the incisal edge to create the halo effect.

  • Sintered according to the suggested sintering curve.

Color use skills

• White: when the background color is darker, the color will be reduced, and the special effect color (white spots, horizontal lines, etc.), improve the brightness.
• White C: special effect color (bleaching, white spots, cracks), and improve brightness.
• Brown: Fossa color, dark reddish brown (A3.5, A4, SM series, 4R series, 4M series).
• Black: special effect color, reduce lightness, and enhance transparency of incisal.
• terracotta: deepen the cervical and occlusal surface
• Orange 2: add warm color, special effect color (developing leaves)
• Yellow: B series, L series, M series, brightening.
• Pink: warm and red color (A series, R series), when the crown is green, the gum color

Sintering curve

Please note when sintering the long bridge restoration:

1. Reduce the heating rate appropriately to improve the sintering quality.
2. Extending the holding time can compensate for poor heat conduction of zirconia.
3. Extend the cooling time to avoid stress cracks caused by rapid cooling of zirconia.
4. The maximum sintering temperature can be 720-780 °C. The operator can adjust the temperature according to the brightness effect he needs.
