Instructions

  1. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn unit on or off.
  2. Press the backlight button to turn on/off the backlight.
  3. Press and hold the backlight button to switch between °C and °F.
  4. To charge the temperature gauge, gently rotate the top portion of the gauge 1/8 turn counter-clockwise and separate from the probe. Use included charging cable to recharge the unit using USB or a wall socket. The battery charging indicator will cycle from empty to full until the unit is fully charged.
  5. While the top portion of the unit is detached for charging, protect the probe from the elements by using the attached cover.
  6. Install Bluetooth Dome Thermometer from The Big Green Egg, Inc. in Apple App Store or Google Play Store. With the thermometer powered on, open app and click “Search Equipment.” The app can be used to set min and max temps, choose alarms, and set a timer.
