Product Usage Instructions

Installation Instructions
Flooring Trims & Accessories
Scotia 15mm
To cover expansion gaps at walls/vertical surfaces.
- Leave 10mm expansion (as per installation guides).
- Install after the floor is laid. Use a multi-tool to ensure the correct expansion gap if required.
- Pin/Brad/Glue to a wall or vertical surface at A, not to flooring.
- Can also be used with Laminate Flooring
Endcap 40mm
To cover expansion gaps at junctions with carpet/doorways and adjacent to
external doorways like sliding aluminium doors.
- Leave 10mm expansion (as per installation guides).
- Install after the floor is laid. Use a multi-tool to ensure the correct expansion gap if required.
- Glue to subfloor with non-foaming polyurethane adhesive at A
- Hold in place with painter’s tape (and weights where required) for 24 hours – no foot traffic whilst the adhesive cures.
T.Mould 45mm
To cover expansion gaps at doorways.
- Leave 10mm expansion (as per installation guides).
- Install after the floor is laid. Use a multi-tool to ensure the correct expansion gap if required.
- Glue to subfloor with non-foaming polyurethane adhesive at A
- Hold in place with painters’ tape (and weights where required) for 24 hours – no foot traffic whilst the adhesive cures.
Stair nosing 114mm
To professionally finish stairs.
- Step 1: Remove underlay from risers and treads.
- Step 2: Cut the riser to finish flush with tread height.
- Step 3: Measure and cut trends to finish flush with the Stairnosing, with the tread lock tray under the Stairnosing edge at C.
- Step 3: Use non-foaming polyurethane adhesive (full coverage) to adhere the riser and tread to the staircase.
- Step 4: Use non-foaming polyurethane adhesive (full coverage) to adhere the stair nosing on both A and B surfaces.
- Step 5: Hold in place with painters’ tape (and weights where required) for 24 hours – no foot traffic whilst the adhesive cures.
- Step 6: As the stairs are now fully glued, they can be finished at edges/junctions with a matching caulking compound.
