Product Usage Instructions

Lens Replacement

1. Remove the jaw first by grabbing and holding the upper part of the frame with one hand.
2. Lever the sides of the jaw and remove it with a twisting motion.

Installing a New Lens

1. Repeat steps 1-3 in reverse order.
2. Insert the new lens into the upper part of the frame.
3. Apply either the jaw or the nose piece.

Care and Maintenance
To ensure a long lifetime of the lenses:

• Clean them under warm flowing water and air-dry them.
• Use the provided microfiber cloth bag for cleaning.
• Avoid using standard handkerchiefs with mineral filler substances that may scratch the lens surface.
• Let the product dry before storing it back into the protection case.

Light Transmission

• Lens Replacement:
  To remove the lens you need to remove the jaw first. Just grab and hold the upper part of the frame with one hand (1) and lever the sides of the jaw and remove it with a twisting motion (2).

• Once the lens is exposed it is still placed in the main frame with the temples. Use a slight twisting motion (3) to remove the lens out of the main frame.

• To use a new lens repeat step 1-3 in the re-verse order. Just insert the new lens into the up-per part of the frame. Afterwards you can apply either the jaw or the nose piece.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

To ensure a long lifetime of the lenses it is best to only clean them under warm flowing water and air-dry them or use the microfiber cloth bag provided. Only use microfibre cloths on lens surfaces since standard handkerchiefs have mineral filler substances in them which would scratch the surface. Always let the product dry before putting it back into the protection case.
LIGHT TRANSMISSION
The light transmission filter categories (protection index), can be found on the bottom right of the lenses. The number indicates the category of the filter and its corresponding luminous transmittance range (see table below). For more information about the filter categories visit www.nakedoptics.net.

WARRANTY CLAUSE

The NAKED Optics product is warranted for two years from the date of delivery against manufacturer’s defects. This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase (receipt) that shows the purchase date. NAKED does not warrant against any lens scratches. The customer´s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item determined by NAKED. This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods. For claiming warranty, the customer should send a message or email with the purchase information and a brief problem description to: support@nakedoptics.net

WARNINGS
The eyewear product is not designed to protect the wearer from all injuries in the event of an impact or crash. To ensure a correct function the lens must be fitted securely in the frame. NAKED Optics products are not intended as industrial protection equipment. The eyewear should not be used for direct viewing of the sun. Lenses of the category 2 to 4 are not suitable for driving at night or in twilight. Lenses with category 4 impact the vision while driving and are therefore not suited for road traffic. If the eyewear impairs your peripheral vision, do not wear them while driving.
