Installation Instruction
- Unfold the chain on the ground, withthe yellow plastic end of the cable toward the left.
- Pass the flexible cable (yellow plastic end first) behind the tyre from the left to the right.
- Pull up the cable and connect the steel ends together.
- Hook the outer blue M-shape connector to the last link at the end of the yellow chain.
- Push the flexible circle towards the inner side of the wheel and make sure it is not on the tire tread.
- .
- Pull out the red connector from the self-fixing device and lock up to the yellow M-shape hook.
- Press the yellow triangle button on the self-fixing device and it’s done, no need for repeated adjustment.
Warning: “To avoid the risk of injury due to the high tension of the automatic locking device, please refrain from placing your other hand on the snow chain while pressing the button. Instead, use one finger to press the yellow triangle button.”
Disassembly Guide
- Stop the vehicle and let the blue M-shape hook rest on top of the tire.
- Press the yellow rectangle button on the self-locking device and release the red connector from the yellow M-shape hook.
- To remove the snow chain, first pull out the round tube from the inside, and then untie the steel buckle and the outer blue M-shape hook. Allow the chain to fall to the ground on the left and right sides. Next, move the vehicle and remove the chain from under the tire.
NOTICE
Before using the automatic locking device, it is important to keep your hands away from the anti-skid chains and tyres. Gently press the yellow triangle button on the side of the automatic locking device with your fingers. Do not play with the automatic tightener. It is also recommended to practice installing and removing the anti-skid chains before driving to ensure familiarity with the process. Note that anti-skid chains are intended to increase traction and adhesion on icy and snowy roads. To ensure safety, avoid sudden acceleration and emergency braking, and keep the vehicle speed below 30mph when the anti-skid chains are installed. If the chain wears more than 30%, it should be removed immediately to avoid damage to the car and tyre. After use, clean the anti-skid chains with hot water and dry them in the sun before placing them in the plastic box. Please be advised that our snow chains are warranted against manufacturing defects, but the warranty is not valid if the chains are used improperly or beyond their limits. This includes using them on roads without ice or snow or driving above 30mph. The warranty does not cover repair rings or repair buckles. The manufacturer is not liable for any property or personal damage caused by the use of snow chains.
