Product Usage Instructions

Pairing with Phone/Tablet

1. Long press the Multi-Function Button (MFB) continuously for 2 seconds to turn on the earbuds. The blue light should be visible.
2. The earbuds will enter pairing mode indicated by red and blue flashing lights.
3. On your phone/tablet, go to Settings, then Bluetooth. Turn on Bluetooth and search for the device named “YYK-Q71”.
4. Select “YYK-Q71” to establish the pairing/connection.
5. You can now play music from your phone/tablet through the earbuds.

Pairing with Computer/Laptop

1. Turn on the Bluetooth settings on your computer.
2. In the devices section, select Bluetooth and other devices, then turn on Bluetooth.
3. Select “Add Bluetooth or other devices” and search for Bluetooth devices.
4. Select “YYK-Q71” to establish the pairing/connection.
5. If your computer does not have Bluetooth, please insert a Bluetooth adapter. Download the Bluetooth driver and install it before using the earbuds.

Pairing with Echo Dot

1. Open the Alexa app on your phone/tablet.
2. Go to Settings, then select “Add new devices”.
3. Choose Bluetooth and select “New pairing”.
4. Search for devices and select “YYK-Q71” to establish the pairing/connection.
5. You can now play music from your Echo Dot through the earbuds.

Charging the Earbuds and Charging Case

Earbuds

1. When you put the earbuds back in the charging case, they will start charging automatically. The right LED display will flash when the charging case is charging the earbuds (earbuds light up red).
2. When the earbuds are fully charged, the red light on the headset will go out, and the right LED display will also go out.

Charging Case

1. Use a Type-C charging cable to charge the charging case.
2. The left LED display will flash when the charging case is charging.
3. When the charging case is fully charged, the left LED display will go out.

Operation of Multi-function Button

Turning On

1. Take out the headset from the charging compartment, and it will automatically turn on.
2. Press any one of the multi-function buttons on the left or right side for a few seconds, and the power will automatically turn on. You will hear a prompt tone indicating that the earbuds have booted up.

Turning Off

1. Put the headset back in the charging compartment, and it will turn off automatically.
2. Press any one of the multi-function buttons on the left or right side for a few seconds, and the power will automatically turn off. You will hear a shutdown prompt tone.

Rejecting a Call
Double-click any one of the multi-function buttons on the left or right side.

Answering/Hanging Up a Call
If there is an incoming call, press any one of the multi-function buttons on the left or right side to answer the call. Press again to hang up.

Playing Music/Stopping
Press any one of the multi-function buttons on the left or right side to play music or stop playback.

Previous Song/Volume +
Long press for 2 seconds to play the previous song. Short press twice to increase the volume.

Next Song/Volume –
Long press for 2 seconds to play the next song. Short press twice to decrease the volume.

Voice Assistant
In standby mode, press either of the left or right multi-function buttons three times to launch the Siri voice assistant.

The Way to pair

Pair with Phone /Tablet

Note : If the computer don have Bluetooth, please insert the Bluetooth adapter. Download the Bluetooth driver and then use it normally.

Pair with Echo Dot

How to charge the Earbuds and charging case?

Earbuds

1. When the Earbuds is put back in the charging case, it will start automatically charge. When the right LED display flashes, the charging case is charging the Earbuds.(Earbuds lights up red)
2. When the Earbuds is fully charged, the red light on the headset will goes out, and the right LED display will goes out.

Charging case

1. Please use a type-c charging cable to charge the charging case.
2. When the left LED display flashes, the charging case is charging.
3. When the charging case is fully charged, the left LED display will goes out.

Notices

Why can’t I search for Bluetooth? Why can’t I connect Bluetooth?

1. The distance of Bluetooth is 10m, please make sure there are no obstacles. Besides, the phone needs to be close to the Earbuds.
2. If any other phone or device has been connected to the Earbuds, please unpair it first.
3. Please restart the Bluetooth device and try to reset the Earbuds.”

How to reset ?
Reset the headset firstly, restart the phone, delete the connection history, search and then pair again.

If it still doesn’t work, follow these steps

1. Turn off the Bluetooth function of your phone. Before turning off, please cancel all previously connected Cancel all the previously connected device names “”YYK-Q71″”.
2. Remove the left and right earphones from the case and manually press and hold the button for 5 seconds to power off.
3. With the device shut down, manually press and hold the multifunction button on the left and right Earbuds for 10 seconds.
4. When you hear the prompt tones “”Power on”” and “”Power off”” and see the red and blue lights flash twice, put your left and right ears back into the charging case and check whether the charging mode is enabled.
5. Remove the left and right earphones from the charging case at the same time and connect them to your phone.”

Why does the headset turn off automatically?
Make sure that the headset has enough power. In addition, when you do not use the Earbuds for 10 minutes, the Earbuds will automatically disconnect from the Bluetooth connection.

Why can’t charge the charging case?

1. Make sure that the charging case or phone charger is in good condition and connected properly.
2. Poor contact is possible. Use your fingers to press the left and right Earbuds, and fully connect the charging case of the left and right Earbuds to the charging case.
3. The charging case of the left and right Earbuds may be dirty, dusty or sweaty. When putting back the charging case for charging, please wipe with alcohol or cloth.
4. Please wipe off the sweat and put it back in the charging case for charging, the indicator light will lights up.
5. If you hear “”Battery Low””, please charge the headset. When the LED display number of the charging case reaches “”10″”, please charge the charging case. Be careful not to exhaust the power in the Earbuds and charging case, because that may shorten the life of the built-in lithium battery.”
