PRODUCT DESCRIPTION – INTENDED USE

The current device are intended to lift and move people with motor difficulties. The lift is suitable both for hospital and home use.

CAUTION: The lift supports patients up to 150Kg. Don’t get over this limit. The lift has breaks in the rear wheels.

ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the accessories from the motor, do not remove the screw because it is in the right place as it should be set.

  2. Remove the safety (metal bolt) so the main pillar can be stabilized, according to the following photo.

  3. Adjust the right position for you and put the safety back (metal bolt) so that to stabilize it.

  4. Remove the screw as it shown in the next photo.

  5. Place the battery as it shown in the following photo and put back the screw.

  6. Connect the controller as it shown in the next photo.

  7. Pull the red safety button outwards

  8. Place the lift bag

  9. The lift is ready to be used

  10. Use the pedals to adjust the desired range of lift base.

INCIDENT REPORTING Any serious incident that occurs in relation to use of the device must be reported to the manufacturer and a competent authority of the Member State in which the user and / or patient resides.

PRECAUTIONS

  • Read and understand these instructions before assembling or using this product. If you do not understand some of these instructions, please contact with a healthcare professional for instructions on how to use this product.
  • If the lift is not correctly assembling it could be caused injury
  • Check periodically the screws and you have to tight these if it is necessary.
  • If parts are damaged or missing, contact with your dealer immediately. DO NOT use other spare parts. Using non-genuine spare parts could cause injuries or damage to the lift.
  • Do not expose the product to temperatures above 40 ⁰C for a long time, as this may cause damage to the product and consequently possible injury to the user.
  • MOBIAK SA does not take any responsibility for any damage or injury caused by improper assembly or misuse of this product.
  • Make sure that the product has been assembled correctly as the instructions refer and all parts are securely fastened, before use.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Use only a damp cloth and mild soap on surfaces where they need cleaning. Then dry thoroughly before using the product. If you have to disinfect the product, use a common, mild disinfectant.
Never use acids, alkalis or solvents such as acetone or dissolving fluids

IMPORTANT (!)

In case of damage or malfunction of your product please contact the authorized and trained representative In the event of a power failure, lower the bordeaux safety round and manually turn the lifting tube. In case of emergency, press the red safety button.

Use of the following product is prohibited for purposes other than those specified in this manual.

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

We are solely responsible for declaring that the Medical Devices mentioned in this statement are of Low-Risk Class (Class I) and comply with the requirements of the European Regulation 745/2017 and where appropriate, the standards and legislation referred to.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

If one day you find out that your product needs replacement or it is no longer useful for you, consider protecting the environment:

  1. Do not dispose of your product with other municipal waste (this is also the meaning of the recycling symbol listed).
  2. Contact your local authority to tell you where your appliance is to be recycled.
  3. Having your junk device in the right place recycling helps protect the environment as well as the material handling of your product
  4. The electrical products due to their construction materials, if not correctly disposed, may lead to environmental and furthermore health hazards.

WARRANTY

The product is guaranteed for a period of two* (2) years from the purchasing date.

The warranty covers factory defects & DOES NOT cover damages resulting from misuse, poor maintenance, modification, overuse or non-compliance with the product’s operating instructions. Also DOES NOT cover the parts that can wear out during use or over time.

Damages or defects caused by: natural disasters, unauthorized maintenance or repair, supply problems (where applicable), carriers are not covered by the warranty.
* The battery has six (6) months warranty.
