PLEASE NOTE:
- The wall charger is not included.
- Charging speed of the wireless charger depends on the volt age of your wall charger. please use a quick charge wall charger for better charging experience.
THE LIGHT WILL FLASH IN FOLLOWING OCCASIONS:
a. Green light will flash three times when power is connected
b. Red light will flash when:
- Either the piano or the chair is not connected properly.
- The charger triggered an over temperature protection.

Why the phone can’t be charged when the indicated light keeps flashing?
A. Make sure that your devices can support wireless charging function.
B. Check if the piano and the chair is connected properly with the base. -
Can I charge the phone with the protective case?
The case can be not thicker than 2mm. To be best charging effect, it is better to remove the case to charge. -
The devices disconnect automatically after charging for a while, how should I do?
This may be caused by unstable voltage, please do not use computer or other low voltage charger to power the wireless charger.
