Product Usage Instructions

Assembly Guide:

1. Step #1: Install the abrasive net sanding disc B on the sanding head A.
2. Step #2: Connect sanding head A to the first extension pole E1 (with suction control valve F) and with sander hose C. Connect the second extension pole E2 to reach higher surfaces.
3. Step #3: Connect sander hose C to hose adapter D.
4. Step #4: Connect hose adapter D to the vacuum hose.
5. Step #5: A microfiber or HEPA filter (not included) is recommended for use with this product before starting.

Assembly Guide

• Step #1
  Install the abrasive net sanding disc B on the sanding head A.

• Step #2
  Connect sanding head A to the first extension pole E1 (with suction control valve F) and with sander hose C. Connect the second extension pole E2 to reach higher surfaces.

• Step #3
  Connect sander hose C to hose adapter D.

• Step #4
  Connect hose adapter D to the vacuum hose.

• Step #5
  A microfiber or HEPA filter (not included) is recommended for use with this product before starting.

To order additional 9-inch abrasive discs, use part numbers: 09919 120 grit 10-pack, 09921 180-grit 10-pack, 09922 240 grit 10-pack.

Troubleshooting

• Not enough vacuum suction
  • Change vacuum filter
  • Adjust the suction control valve
  • Check all hose connections
  • Use only abrasive net sanding disc, not regular sandpaper
• Cannot connect the vacuum hose to the vacuum
  • Connect the 6′ sander hose to the vacuum hose using the hose adapter provided.
  • If the adapter is loose and the hose disengages, holding it with your hand or applying a piece of tape can secure the connection.
• Too much suction; sander sticking to the wall
  • Adjust the suction control valve
• Dust collecting behind foam pad in the sanding head
  • Remove the foam pad while holding it over the trash barrel and bang out the dust
• The finish is too rough
  • Change the sanding disc to finer grit
