How to wear headphones?
Head down with earcap,Head up, put in place.
For best performance, please try all size of ear caps to find the best one for
your ears.
How to pair the headset with the phone
For the first time:
- When using the headset for the first time, the headset is automatically paired after being taken out of the charging compartment;
- Or long press the headset for 3 seconds, the blue indicator light flashes, the headset is turned on, and the headset enters the power-on state;
- Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, search for” Tws “, pair and connect,the headset prompts to connect.
Reset the headset
For any pairing issue/static issue,please reset it!
- Turn on the two headphones;
- Double-click any earphone and wait for 5 seconds, the two earphones will be automatically paired, TWS flashes alternately between blue and red,
Warming remain
- Please charge the charging compartment before using the headset for the first time or for a long time.
- Please put the earphone into the charging compartment before using it for the first time, take out the earphone after it is fully charged, and the earphone will be switched on and paired automatically.
- Please keep the Bluetooth range within 33 feet/10 meters. Beyond the distance range, it may get stuck and disconnected.
- The mobile phone displays “disconnected”, please delete all [ Tws ] records on the mobile phone, and click [ Tws ] to connect.
Single earbud mode
- When the main earphone (L) and the second earphone (R) are not connected, take one of them out of the charging compartment, turn on the earphones, and wait for 3 seconds. Both earphones flash blue.
- Then the indicator light flashes alternately between the red and blue lights to pair.
- Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, search for “[ Tws ], pair and connect, the headset prompts “Connected”.
Note for single earbud mode
- Take the main earbud “L“ out of the case first and connnect with your phone Bluetooth, then take the “R” out of the case to conncet, two earbuds will paird automatically to a stereo mode.
- Take “R” out of the case first and connect with your phone Bluetooth, then take then “L” out of the case to connect, earbuds works in a single mode, two earbuds won’t pair.

Headphone warning
- Do not drop, bump, scratch, twist,tap, crush, or put into the water.
- Keep away from magnets,appliances and speakers when using Bluetooth earbuds.
- Do not place the Bluetooth earbuds in extreme temperature(use ambient operating temperature range -10°C-55°C),
- Do not expose the Bluetooth earbuds to moisture.
- If you do not use the Bluetooth earbuds for a long time, please charge it fully and charge it once a week to extend the life of the Bluetooth earbuds.
- Do not disassemble the charging case and Bluetooth earbuds, or insert other items into the product to avoid damage to the product or even cause harm to you.
