Installation Tips

  • Before installation, users need to prepare the welding tools in advance.
  • The installation process requires enough care and patience.
  • Be sure to read through the installation instructions before starting the installation.
  • Welding sequence: components from high to low
  • In order not to damage the components, the soldering iron should not touch the components for too long.
  • Pay attention to the positive and negative markings on the peb, the long pin of the component is positive.
  • Ensure that similar components with different parameters are placed in the correct position on the PCB.
  • Wearing anti-static gloves or anti-static wristbands is better.
  • Ensure that components are not accessible to children.

Installation Steps

Step1
Install Resistor & Ceramic-Cap & Crystal 32.768

Mark

  • Resistor : 4.7k2 – R11,R12,R13 || 5102 – R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6,R7,R8 10k≤2 – R9,R10
  • Ceramic-Cap : 22pf – C4,C5 || 104pf – C1,C2,C3
  • Crystal Oscillator: XTAL

Tips

  1. Install components on the side of the word.
  2. Welding sequence: components from low to high

Tips

Marks

  • Voice Chip Holder: NY3P
  • Chip DS 1302 Holder : DS1302
  • Chip STC Holder: STC
  • Battery Holder: BAT

Tips

  1. The red mark is the direction.
  2. The black mark is the two-point of the welding of the battery seat.

Step3
Install E-cap & Black Button & Power Socket

Marks

  • E-cap: C6
  • Black Button: S1,52,53
  • Power Socket: DC-IN

Tips
First, insert the first solder, then insert the second, then the third.

  1. If the power socket plug is crooked, it can be straightened and welded again.
  2. The point solution capacitor pin has long pins and short pins, the long pin is the positive pole, and the short pin is the negative pole of the power supply.
  3. The circuit board is marked with the positive pole of the power supply.

Step4
Install Thermistor & Photoresistors & Speaker

\(12\)

Tips

  1. First welding the circuit board front two welding points to fix it, then welding the other side, two solder joint strengthening.
  2. o not make the line messy, otherwise, it will affect the sound quality.
  3. It’s better to weld on both sides of the copper sheet.

Step5
Install Chips and Battery

Tips

  1. There are currently two types of voice chips, for the first type (Red Circle 1) can be inserted directly into the holder(NY3P)
  2. For the second type(Red Circle 2), before inserting it into the holder it is necessary to insert the short side of the two single-row pins from the back of the chip to the chip, and solder from the front side to the fix.
  3. There is a notch on one end of the chip holder and a mark on the PCB on which the chip can be placed. These two markings correspond to each other and are used to specify the mounting orientation of the chip.
