Our goal as a company is to assure our manufactured product is completely free of defects. Therefore, our warranties are in place to protect our customers from defective material(s) and/or workmanship. Please be sure to refer to the specific terms and periods of warranty that accompany our product(s) at the time of purchase. We will repair or replace the item within 30 days of receipt w/ same or similar item. Our warranty does NOT cover any damage caused by:
  • Abuse, misuse, neglect or unauthorized repair Damage occurring while the product is in the care or custody of a third party (e.g. airlines, hotels, and other carriers)
  • Normal wear and tear to components such as wheels, handle and other moving parts that require maintenance or replacement are NOT covered under warranty.
  • We also do NOT send out replacement parts  Warranty periods vary from product to product. Please feel free to contact us with questions specific to your luggage. To make a claim, please send a clear photo, the original receipt, warranty tag along with a fee ($20.00) to cover the service charge is required. TCL reserves the right to make the final judgment on all claims. The warranty does not cover transportation charges. It is the customers’ obligation to prepay for shipping and handling of goods. Also, the warranty is limited to the value of the product itself. DO NOT send luggage directly to Travelers Club Office.
