Set up
Use adult assistance for set up. Start by removing all parts from the packaging. Dispose of any inner packaging. Layout out all parts on a table, floor or flat surface to begin assembly.

1A. Set up the tripod base. Turn the bottom knob counter-clockwise to loosen and extend the 3 legs outward to stand upright and level. Turn the knob clockwise to tighten and secure the legs into position. The tripod should be used on a flat surface such as the floor, table, desk or counter to prevent tipping. Be careful to not pinch fingers when opening and closing up the tripod.
1B. You can adjust the height of the tripod. Turn the top knob counter- clockwise to loosen and pull up on the center metal pole. Turn the knob the clockwise to tighten the clamp. The tripod can extend up to a total 80 cm (31.5 inches) tall. -
Next attach the LED ring light to the tripod.Turn clockwise until tightened and secure. You can turn and rotate the LED light to aim the light toward you or your subject when recording. Never stare directly at the LED light while it is on.

Attach your smartphone to the holder. Most popular smartphones and standard cases should fit within the holder. Pull up the holder and insert your phone. Gently release the spring to close. Check to be sure your phone is secure, then you can bend and rotate the arm to aim your smartphone camera.
LED Ring Light
To activate the LED ring light plug the USB plug into a USB power source (DC3.7-5V). Use the power control to turn the power on/off. The controller also allows you to adjust the brightness and light mode. You can test the 12 different light modes,10 brightness levels, and angles before each of your video shoots to find your optimal lighting. Disconnect the USB plug from power source when not in use.
Green Screen
Unfold and hang up the green screen to create your backdrop. Any crease lines should release gradually. Do not iron. You can use clips or removable adhesive strips to temporarily position it. After use, roll up the green screen to store it. The green screen backdrop allows you to record your video and then later switch out the background using various editing apps. You may use video editing apps such as iMovie or CHROMAVID available on the Google Play Store and on the App Store.

Tips:
- Showcase your talent or find a topic that inspires you. Find inspiration from your favorite social media stars but be unique and true to yourself.
- Plan out your video. Make a script prior to starting. Make a checklist to prepare your props, wardrobe, and backgrounds.
- Rehearse in front of a mirror, friend or camera first.
- Test the lighting level and angle before shooting to be sure you or your subject matter are well lit and minimize awkward shadows.
- Create a greeting and sign-off inviting others to follow, subscribe, or comment.
- Include a catchy title or hashtag for your video.
