Ⓐ Place the handle on the handle holder before moving the device and roll up
the power cord in the power cord rack.
Ⓑ The hose must be inserted into the hose holder while moving the device.
WARNING: Never tilt or drop the device when it is filled with water.
PREPARING THE STAIN CLEANER
Ⓐ Attach the handle holder to the device.
Ⓑ The vacuum hose is secured after being put into the device’s inlet.
Ⓒ Attach the handle to the opposite end of the vacuum hose.
Ⓓ Tap water should be added after lifting the clean water tank’s cover. The
tank volume is 1.4 liter. Fill up until the maximum water level has been
reached. Always use tap water that is less than 40 degrees. We recommend using
chemical / carpet cleaning agents with water.
USING THE STAIN CLEANER
NOTE:
This device removes dirt and stains only by scrubbing and the use of water
WARNINGS:
– Never vacuum the following objects:
g) Large amounts of trash.
h) Large pieces of trash.
i) Lots of stones and sand; dry dust.
j) Sharp things like glass, pins, and nails.
k) Plastic bags, (silk) stockings, and so on.
l) Things that can easily cause internal blockages.
– Never vacuum dry dust. This device’s vacuum is wet.
Malfunctions may be caused by dry dust.
– Always stop the device right away and clear the obstruction if debris gets
stuck in the hose while the vacuum is running. This can cause a malfunction.
– Never vacuum hot air or smoke.
– Stay away from anything combustible, such as lit cigarettes, incense, etc. A
fire can start if you vacuum them up.
Standard Use – Removing Stains
(1) Connect with the power source
- Ensure that the Stain Cleaner is deactivated before plugging in the power cord.
② Switch on
- Push the ON/OFF button to activate the Stain Cleaner.
③ Spray water
-
While holding the handle with the nozzle pointing downward, repeatedly press the spray handle.
-
You must tilt the handle when spraying water. For the water to spray uniformly, the handle should be slightly higher at the tail and slightly lower at the front.
-
For water to effectively clean the area below, the front nozzle must be pointed downward.
-
Avoid repeatedly spraying water in the same spot. After spraying, the water is swiftly absorbed. Mold development may result if the moisture is allowed to linger deep into the texture.
④ Connect with the wastewater tank
- Place the suction inlet on the wastewater tank and slowly pull the handle forward.
- The performance will suffer greatly if the suction port is loose.
- Water drips down when you release the spray lever.
⑤ Soak up water
-
Pick up the remaining water without spraying. Press to grab soiled water and then slowly pull back to fully absorb it. The wastewater tank holds the collected water.
-
After using on textures prone to water retention, dry with a hair dryer.
WARNING:
– Mold could grow if too much moisture remains.
– If used in a car, the windows must be left open for 24 hours to ventilate,
otherwise mold will develop.
– If used for sofa and carpet at home, there must be sufficient oxygen and
sufficient ventilation. Do not use sofas, chairs or carpet until everything
has dried for 100%.
⑥ Switch off
- Push the ON/OFF button to deactivate the Stain Cleaner.
⑦ Disconnect the plug
- For safety reasons, unplug the power cord.
WARNINGS:
– Always ensure that the Stain Cleaner is deactivated before unplugging.
– Never pull on the power cord when removing the plug.
Make sure you pull the plug.
– Always remove the plug from the mains outlet after usage.
⑧ Clean after use
- Clean the tank after emptying the wastewater tank. For storing, take off the vacuum hose and handle.
- Thoroughly clean everything before storing the device. See the chapter CLEANING.
Heavy Duty Use – Removing Stubborn Stains
- Use detergent as a first step in cleaning tough stains. Then keep using the Stain Cleaner to clean until the stains are removed.
WARNINGS:
– Keep in mind that when using detergent, low-foaming detergent can be used on
the surface that needs to be cleaned after being diluted 20 times.
– Never use strong foaming detergents (these can cause the foam to soak into
the device)
– Always test a small part of the surface first and look for discoloration and
other issues before using detergent on the full surface.
– Never use on handicrafts, non-water-resistant fibers
(such as silk, man-made fibers, silk fabrics, etc.), nonwater- resistant
products (such as solid wood furniture, lacquered wood products, lacquer work,
etc.), nonscratch- resistant surfaces (such as floors and tables), and non-
water-resistant materials (such as fur, leather products, soft clothes).
– Never use thinners, flammable solvents, volatile oils, chlorine bleach, or
solvents. These products are prohibited and discoloration, malfunction, and
fire could result from this.
Recommended | Not applicable |
---|
– Strong basic ionic water
– Sodium carbonate
– Citric acid
– Hypochlorite acid water
– Low foaming detergents| – Neutral detergent for the kitchen
– Strong alkaline detergent
– Strong acid detergent
|
(1) Apply detergent
- Apply detergent to the carpet and scrub stains out using a brush attached to the handle.
WARNING:
Always read the detergent’s instructions and safety warnings carefully to
determine how much and how to use it. Use the detergent correctly at all
times.
② Soak up the stain
- When the stain comes off, apply the proper technique to pick up the stain.
- After adding tap water from the clean water tank, the stain must be absorbed.
- To avoid leaving detergent residues, take up the stain carefully.
- To clean more effectively, use warm water that is below 40 degrees.
WARNINGS:
– Always stop working if the foam in the wastewater tank is higher than the
maximum water level or water droplets will enter the engine.
– If the water is unclean, remove it to prevent malfunctions.
Overheating Protection
The motor will overheat if it is operated continuously with a blocked exhaust.
This will activate the protection.
Once the protection has been enabled, disconnect the power cord from the
device and turn it off. Allow the device to cool. The protection is released
an hour later, allowing you to keep using the device.
Consumables
- Always make sure the filter is installed before using the device.
- Always replace it with a new filter if the filter is damaged or lost.
NOTE:
Get in touch with us if you need consumables.
DRAIN WATER FROM THE STAIN CLEANER
Draining the Wastewater Tank
(1) Power off
- Stop the operation and deactivate the Stain Cleaner with the ON/OFF button when the wastewater in the wastewater tank reaches the maximum water level line.
② Take out the wastewater tank
- The wastewater tank’s lock can be moved up and down. Use your fingers to press upward and downward. Pull forward and horizontally while lowering the buckle to remove the tank.
③ Drain the wastewater tank
- By opening the cover at the back, you can pour out the wastewater.
④ Clean the wastewater tank
- After each use, empty the wastewater tank.
- Rinse the wastewater tank with running water through the opening at the back.
WARNING:
Never forget to clean. If the remaining sludge in the wastewater tank and the
vacuum hose is not removed, it will encourage the growth of germs and
microorganisms, which will produce an unpleasant stench.
⑤ Put back the wastewater tank
The wastewater tank’s cover must be put back, and the tank must be put placed
again in the Stain Cleaner.
- Ensure that the wastewater tank’s cover is correctly closed to prevent leaks.
- Place the wastewater tank in the device.
WARNING:
Always position the wastewater tank correctly or the suction power will be
reduced.
- Before the wastewater reaches the maximum water level, empty it. The automated protection system will stop the water input if the device is still in operation after reaching the maximum water level.
- Remove the wastewater tank from the device and pour out the wastewater after the automated protection mechanism has shut off the water intake.
- This phenomenon will also happen because the float of the automatic protection system may shift before the maximum water level is achieved due to air bubbles and other factors.
WARNING:
Always remove the handle, vacuum hose, and wastewater tank when the interior
of the main motor is wet, then run the main motor for 5 to 10 minutes to dry
it out.
Draining the Clean Water Tank
(1) Remove the hose
- Pull the suction hose connector out by pressing the handle buckle.
② Remove the water
- Open the clean water tank’s cover, then let the water pour out the injection port.
