Product Usage

Align the power port of the Dot 4th/5th Gen with the corresponding part of the E02, and install it obliquely, then press the other end down.

Get the two tabs of the battery base snapped into the gap in the speaker until you hear a “click” sound.

Insert the DC output plug of E02 into the charging port of the speaker, then it’s all set.

Long press the power button for 2 seconds to power on (It is recommend- ed that you fully charge E02 at your first time enabled).

Frequently Asked Question
Q: Why does the E02 turn off about 30 seconds after powered on?
A: E02 will automatically detect the device when it is turned on. Please check
if the Dot 4th/5th Gen is installed correctly according to this guide. If the
Dot 4th/5th Gen is not connected correctly, E02 will automatically shut down
after 30 seconds to save energy.
Q: If the DC Output Plug of E02 is accidentally inserted into the DC Input Jack, will it be affected
A: If it is plugged-in incorrectly, E02 will automatically detect the problem and you will see the LED lights flashing 3 times, and then E02 will shut down to start power-off protection.
Q: Why does the newly received E02 battery base run out of power soon?
A: Please note that the power status of E02 is not 100% when out of the
factory. You can fully charge it before your first use (E02-A is about 3h to
be fully charged, E02-B is about 6h to be fully charged).
Q: Why does E02 battery base heat up while charging with the Dot 4th/5th
Gen plugged in?
A: Don’t worry, this is normal. It’s similar to when your mobile device gets
hot when watching videos or making phone calls while charging it.
Q: Why does the fully charged E02-A(or E02-B) run out of power after 13
hours(or 24 hours) on stand-by mode without playing music?
A: Please kindly note that the situation is normal. The Dot 4th/5th Gen
consumes big amount of power in standby mode. As the Dot 4th/5th Gen will not
turn off in standby mode to ensure that you can wake it up with the voice
command “Alexa” anytime. So we recommend turning off the E02 battery base when
not in use.
Q: Why could I not to wake up Alexa sometimes or play the music smoothly?
Are these issues related to the installation of E02?
A: Please rest assured that these issues are not from E02 battery base. The
E02 only powers the Dot 4th/5th Gen and has no impact in its functioning.
Please check whether your Dot 4th/5th Gen is within Wi-l network range and is
well connected.

Improper use may result in battery failure, overheating, and even a serious safety hazard. In order to avoid personal injuries and damages to the property, please strictly save and use E02 according to the following requirements
- Be sure to charge the E02 with the original Dot 4th/5th Gen adapter to prevent battery damage.
- Please keep it out of reach of children. To avoid accidents, children are not allowed to use this product.
- Avoid dropping, strong vibration or any other man-made damage of E02.
- If E02 expands, deforms, leaks, etc., stop using it immediately and dispose of it properly.

- Do not attempt to take apart, squeeze, puncture, or dispose of our product in fire. Failure to properly use of this product will increase the risk of battery fluid leakage, short circuit or damage to the device.
