- Attach the base tube (1) to the main frame (2), using one M10X60mm (14) bolt, two M10 (17) washers, and one M10 (19) nut.
- Insert the pin (8) into the base tube (1) and the main frame (2).
- Insert the adjust tube (3) into the base tube (1), using one knob (9).
- Insert the foam tube (4) into the base tube (1).
- Slide four foam rollers (7) onto the adjust tube (3) and foam tube (4).
- Insert the handle tube (5) into the main frame (2), using one M10X20mm (15) bolt.
- Slide two handle grips (11) into the handle tube (5).
