Product Usage Instructions
Fitting the Towel Rail on to the Wall

Screw the Blank Plug (j) and Air Vent Plug (k) into the top two threads in the upright channels. Tighten firmly with a spanner, using a cloth to prevent scratching.

Wind a thick layer of PTFE tape (at least 6 turns) clockwise around the radiator valve tails (not supplied). Screw the radiator valve tails into the bottom two threads and tighten with a spanner.

Select your desired mounting position and check that the wall is sufficiently strong enough to hold the weight of the towel warmer filled with water. Mark your preferred bracket positions on the wall and drill holes as necessary for the fixings that you are using. The Wall Plugs (e) supplied are only suitable for solid walls. If the wall is other than a solid construction, other means of fixings will be required.

Screw the Bracket Base (a) to the wall using the Wall Screws (f) and Washers (g) provided.

Loosely fit the Bracket Stems (b) to the towel warmer with the Bracket Fronts (c) and Bracket Screws (h). Rotate the bracket stems
as per the figures below:- Flat Rail: [figure]

Align the Bracket Stems (b) with the Bracket Bases (a) and push the towel warmer back into position

Tighten the Bracket Screws (h) with a screwdriver.

Insert the Min Screws (i) into the Bracket Bases (a) and tighten with a screwdriver to lock the bracket into position.

Push the Cover Caps (d) into position on the Bracket Fronts (b).

Connect the radiator valves (not supplied) and after installation, vent any air from the towel warmer via the Air Vent Plug.
Care and Maintenance
- After installation, the central heating system must be thoroughly flushed with a domestic water treatment association approved central heating cleanser. Following cleansing, a domestic water treatment association approved central heating protector must be added to the system.
- Central heating protector levels should be checked periodically in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Regular cleaning with a soft cloth will keep the surface of your towel warmer looking new. Soapy water can be used to remove stubborn stains and then buff dry with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaners to clean your towel warmer as these will damage the surface finish over time.

- WITH A CHEMICAL WATER TREATMENT INHIBITOR ADDED TO PROTECT AGAINST CORROSION, SCALE AND SLUDGE
- FAILURE TO FLUSH OR MAINTAIN ADEQUATE LEVELS OF CORROSION INHIBITOR WILL ALLOW
- FOR SMALL PINHOLE LEAKS TO BE CAUSED INVALIDATING ANY WARRANTY
- Installation should be charred out by a qualified professional or other fully competent person and should be installed n accordance with the relevant Brash and European Standards (BS5449:1990, BS7593:2006, EN12828:2003 & EN12831:2003)

PACK CONTENTS
FITTING THE TOWEL RAIL ON TO THE WALL

STEP 1.
Screw the Blank Plug (j) and Are Vent Plug (k) note the top two threads n the upright

STEP 2.

Tighten the Bracket Screws (h) with a screwdriver. -
STEP 8.
Insert the Mini Screws (i) into the Bracket Bases (a) and tighten with a screwdriver to lock bracket into position. -
STEP 9.
Push the Cover Caps (d) into position on the Bracket Fronts (b). -
STEP 10.
Connect the radiator valves (not supplied) and after installation vent any air from the towel warmer via the Air Vent Plug.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- AFTER INSTALLATION THE CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM MUST BE THOROUGHLY FLUSHED WITH A DOMESTIC WATER TREATMENT ASSOCIATION APPROVED CENTRAL HEATING CLEANSER. FOLLOWING CLEANSING A DOMESTIC WATER TREATMENT ASSOCIATION APPROVED CENTRAL HEATING PROTECTOR MUST BE ADDED TO THE SYSTEM.
