Printer

How to connect a printer

1. Toggle the printer power 【switch】, there is green light means that the printer is on.

2. Double-click the power button of the printer after startup, and the QR code will be printed automatically.
   

3. You can download and install 【WALKPRINT】 APP by scanning the QR code. ios/Android After the APP startup, you can obtain relevant permissions and register a login account.

4. Tum on Bluetooth of mobile phone, search for device name in APP and connect.

How to print Photos

1. Open 【WALKPRINT】 APP and select I
2. Go to the print page and click I be printed; I to select the photo to
3. Click [Completed】 to confirm that the photo is in 【Image Processing $1
4. Click [Insert】 to print panel and click to Print Preview.
5. Finally, click 【】 to enter the Bluetooth list page and select the one for the device connection.

How to print photos with the printer:

1. After the printer is connected with the camera, taking photos with the camera prints the photos directly by default; Select Print icon ( press [Confirm to close, press it again can open.
2. Enter [My Album】, press [left] to enter the settings mode, then select the print icon(), press 【Confirm】 to print. Connect and remove the printer from the camera:

Assembly: The connecting clamping slot of the camera body is aligned with the latch position on the printer, press it Inside from top to bottom, hear the sound, that is, the camera body is successfully connected to the printer.

Disassembly: Press the lock switch button of printer with your finger while removing the camera body from the printer.

Print Concentration Adjustment

1. Connect the printer to select the concentration, the higher the concentration, the heavier the printing color, otherwise, the lighter the color;
2. Disconnect the printer and select to cancel. To connect the printer again, need to select the printing concentration again.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Please check the troubleshooting steps outlined below, and if you still have any issues, contact supplier for support.

1. Approximately 1CM of the printer paper should be reserved outside the cover;
2. Check whether the cover of the printing paper is tightly closed;
3. Check whether the camera print switch is turned on or the print switch is abnormal.

Blurry Printing|

1. Thermal paper needs to be preheat­ed, print 2-5 sheets normally;
2. Remove the protective film of the camera before use, which will affect the sharpness of shooting;
3. Adjust the printing density(the setting interface —) find the printing density —0 high, medium, low selection —*0K)
4. Printer paper is not original (need to be replaced with original printer paper).

Paper Stuck|

1. The printer paper needs to be rolled tightly before it is put in;
2. Restart the camera or press the small hole to reset the key.

Missing edges| Check that the paper is straight.
