Product Description
The 202 AP619-III Electric Pump is a Quick-FillTM electric air pump designed for inflating and deflating various items such as inflatable boats, air mattresses, and other inflatable products. It features an AC line cord for power supply and comes with different nozzles for different inflation valves.

General Operating Instructions
Please read and follow these instructions carefully before using the product:

  1. Attach the appropriate nozzle to the inflation or deflation connector based on the item to be inflated or deflated.
  2. Hold the pump against the inflation or deflation valve on the item.
  3. Plug in the AC line cord into an AC electrical outlet.
  4. To inflate, switch on the pump by pressing “I”. To stop inflation, press “0”.
  5. To deflate, follow the same steps as for inflation.

Maintenance Instructions
No specific air pump maintenance is required. The air pump does not have any user-serviceable parts.

Moving and Storage Instructions
When not in use, follow these instructions for moving and storing the product:

  1. Move the product, air pump, and accessories to the power source location.
  2. Ensure the power cord is free of twists, kinks, and knots.
  3. Fold the power cord loosely.
  4. Return the pump and nozzles to the package for safe storage.

WARNING

  • For Indoor Household Use Only.
  • Adult use only.
  • Do not drop the unit into water or expose the unit to rain or water.
  • Do not direct the air stream at the face or body.
  • Do not operate for more than 10 minutes at a time. Unplug and let cool for at least 10 minutes.
  • Unplug the unit when not in use.
  • Do not obstruct vent holes or open sources.
  • Do not insert objects into the inflation or deflation connector.
  • The AC supply cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged the appliance should be scrapped.
  • Do not run a cord under the carpeting. Do not cover the cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route the cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange the cord away from the traffic area so that it will not be tripped over.

SERVICING OF A DOUBLE-INSULATED PRODUCT

In a double-insulated product, two systems of insulation are provided instead of grounding. No grounding means is provided on a double-insulated product, nor should a means for grounding be added to the product. Servicing of a double-insulated product requires extreme care and knowledge of the system and should be done only by qualified service personnel. Replacement parts for a double-insulated product must be identical to those parts in the product.
A double-insulated product is marked with the words “DOUBLE INSULATION” or “DOUBLE INSULATED” and with the symbol .

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

General

  • This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.
  • Return pump and nozzles to package when not in use.

INFLATION

  1. Attach the nozzle to the inflation connector if necessary and hold the pump against the inflation valve on the item to be inflated.
    See Fig (1).
    NOTE : On large items like inflatable boats and large air mattresses, the pump will fit directly into the inflation valves and provide faster inflation times. Use the appropriate nozzle on small inflation valves as on small air mattresses, etc.

  2. Plug the AC line cord into an AC electrical outlet. See Fig (2).

  3. SWITCH ON: Press “I”; SWITCH OFF: Press “0”. See Fig (3).

DEFLATION

  1. Attach the nozzle to the deflation connector if necessary and hold the pump against the inflation valve on the item to be deflated.
    See Fig (4).
    NOTE : On large items like inflatable boats and large air mattresses, the pump will fit directly into the inflation valves and provide faster deflation times. Use the appropriate nozzle on small inflation valves as on small air mattresses, etc.

  2. Plug in the AC line cord into an AC electrical outlet. See Fig (2).

  3. SWITCH ON: Press “I”; SWITCH OFF: Press “0”. See Fig (3).
