Operation Instruction

Before charging, make sure the two Alligator clips are separated (not touching each other) and keep them away from any metal objects or flammable materials nearby.

  1. Connect the AC power cable into the AC port of the battery charger;

  2. Plug the AC cable into power outlets;

  3. Two types of connector available based on your battery charging port or terminal posts.
    Option-!: Slot 50a grey Anderson connector into your 50a grey Anderson connector device. There is no male and female version.
    Option-2: Attached Anderson connector plug to a noter Anderson connector of the extension cable (Anderson to Alligator clips) first, then attach another the Alligator clips (red+, black-) to the terminal post of the battery, i.e. connect red clips to Positive terminal post first, then black clips to Negative terminal post. Rock back and forth the alligator clips several times to insure good contact.

  4. When the charging is complete, first disconnect the AC power cord and then detach the black Alligator clips(Negative) from the battery terminal and then detach red Alligator clips(Positive) from the battery terminal. Never disconnect the positive clamp first as this could make a spark near the battery.

  5. This charger is for LiFePO4 Battery charging only, please double check your battery specifications such as rated power, polarity of the battery posts. The Alligator clips are distinguished by color to indicate polarity. The red clip is marked with positive “+”. The black clip is marked with negative”-“.

  6. Anderson connectors and plugs come in a limited range of colours and a variety of sizes. Colour and current must be match before connect them together. A 50a grey plug can only be used with another 50a grey plug, and the same for blue or red plugs.

Safety Information/Warnings

This charger is ONLY used for LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) Batteries;
NEVER charge a non-rechargeable battery or lead acid battery. Other types of batteries might burst, causing personal injury or other damage!
INSPECT and remove any debris from the alligator clips and battery terminals BEFORE use, Make sure the charger and battery pack are not damaged;
NEVER store the charger outdoors, for indoor use only; NEVER use the charger in inflammable and explosive areas;
NEVER set the output cable, power cord and the charger on a wet surface;
Never use the charger as a DC power source for any electrical equipment;
NEVER attempt to plug in the charger using wet hands or in an extremely humid environment;
NEVER place the charger directly under the sun, expose to rain, snow or excessive moisture;
NEVER operate a charger with a damaged cord or plug. Inspect both input and output cords for any damage before using the charger;
NEVER disassemble, repair and modify the charger, incorrect assembly can result in risk of electric shock or fire.

Limited Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty to the original purchaser. And this warranty applies to the charger only. The seller warrants to the original purchaser that this battery charger will be replaced if it fails during the warranty period, due to defects in material or workmanship. A dated purchase receipt or invoice is required for all warranty claims. The replacement or repair of other products shall be at the expense of the owner.

The warranty is void if

  • Warranty period has passed
  • No receipt or invoice;
  • The damage is caused by improper operation
  • The owner does not follow this instruction;
  • The damages caused by force majeure.
