Q1:What app should I download?.
The APP downloaded by this watch is called “GloryFit”.
You can search “GloryFit” on Google Play or App Store to download it. You can
also directly scan the manual of the watch or the QR code on the watch to
download

Q2:How do I connect the watch to my phone?
(1)Make sure your smartphone system is Android6.0 or later, iOS9.0 or later.
(2)Open “GloryFit” app > click on device > click “Pair device” > search for
smartwatch > click on the device name (L2) > confirm the connection of the
device and complete the connection. Q3:.The connection is always
disconnected.How to fix it?
The reason why the watch can’t stay connected is because the app GloryFit is
not always running in the background on your phone, causing the watch to
disconnect.
Keeping the watch always connected to the APP is necessary make sure the watch
APP is always running background on the phone.
(1).For Android phone
Open phone settings > click on battery > click on management start
application>find Glory Fit>change the APP ingest manual, enable background
running.(2).For Iostelephone
Make sure the GloryFit app is running in the background, not swipe to clear

Notice:
- Do not connect other Bluetooth devices at the same time.
- The Bluetooth connection itself is not stable, it is an incoming transmission straight line, when it penetrates glass, wall, body or others obstacles, the connection will suffer. so make sure they aren’t there obstacles between your watch and your smartphone.
- Your watch will be affected even if your smartphone is in your pocket.
Q4.What should I do if the watch can’t connect to the phone after using it for a certain period of time?
- .Reset the watch to factory settings in settings of the clock;
- Clear all Bluetooth pairing records of mobile phones connect to the watch and turn off Bluetooth;
For Android phoneMobile phone(2).Uninstall and launch the GloryFit APP,
search for the watch in the APP and connect it.
Q5.How to receive message notification?
For Android phone:
(1).Enable the message notification authority of the GloryFitin APP phone
settings and make sure you turn on the lock screen, the banner bar the
notification bar.(Because Smart watch can only receive messages from your lock
screen and notification area telephone)
(Note: The method varies depending on the phone model)
(2).Also phone calls, text messages and social media apps media require the
same settings. Enable permissions corresponding message notification in your
phone settings e make sure you turn on the lock screen, banner bar and bar of
notifications (Because the Smartwatch can only receive messages from the lock
screen and notification area of your phone)
Take Instagrams as an example: (3).Set the APP GloryFit to allow it to run in
the background on your phone (otherwise, when you exit the APP, the connection
of the watch will be disconnected and message notifications will not come

Allowed > Set “Banner Style” to “Continuous” and “Show.” Previews” to
“Always(default)”.(2).Next, set the message notification permission
of the social media APP (take Instagram as an example)(3).Keep app running in
background Do not scroll up on the iPhone to exit the APP.(4).For Apple mobile phones with IOS 13 and above, please
enable the sharing system notification in the Bluetooth settings of the mobile
