  2. What should I do if there is an echo in the headset?
    Please try turning off the monitor function of the computer and boosting the microphone.
    To turn off the listening function of your computer, proceed as follows:
    A. Open Settings at the bottom left of the computer.
    B. Click System.
    C. Click on the “Sound” menu bar.
    D. Click on “Device Properties’ under “Input”.
    E. Click on “Other device properties” at the top right.
    F. Select “Listen”.
    G. Uncheck “Listen to this device”.
    To enhance the microphone, proceed as follows:
    A. Open Settings at the bottom left of your computer.
    B. Click on System.
    C. Click on the “Sound” menu bar.
    D. Under “Output”, click “Device Properties*.
    E. Click on “Other device properties” at the top right.
    F. select “Level”.
    G. Swipe to the right to enhance the microphone.

  3. Why does the controller keep the red light?
    The red light always on ts the working tight of the headset, indicating that the headset is inserted correctly into the device.

  4. What should do if the sound of the headset Is too low?
    Please try the following suggestions:
    A. Increase the volume by pressing the “+” button on the controller.
    B. Please increase the volume on the computer or the audio adjustment of the application.

  5. Why can’t the other party hear the voice during the call?
    There are three main reasons and suggestions:
    A. The headset is muted. Please check if the red light near the Mic button is on. If lit, press to turn on the microphone.
    B. The computer or application is muted. Please unmute the computer or application.
    C. The headset is not set as the audio output device. Please select this headset as the default audio and headset device in the settings of the application or computer.

  6. Why can’t the computer recognize the headset?
    There are three main reasons and suggestions:
    A. The USB interface is loose, oxidized, discolored, or rusted, please contact us to replace the headset.
    B. Please try a USB port that can insert into the rear panel of the computer.
    C. Use an unsuitable USB extension cable. It is recommended not to use a delay line or a well-known USB extension cable brand.

  7. How to use the mute function?
    Turn on mute: please press the Mic disable button, and two red lights will be on.
    Mute off: please press the mute key again.
