Main Functions

  • Working valve: when overpressure in the pot, excess steam will be discharged from here and pressure relief.
  • Safety valve: Ensure that when the pressure limiting valve is blocked, within the safe pressure range, steam is discharged from here to relieve pressure.

AFTER OPENING THE LID, THE LID MUST BE MOVED IN PARALLEL TO AVOID HAND AND HEAD BURNS CAUSED BY STEAM. REMEMBER! (REFER TO FIGURE 2)

  • Sealing ring: The pot cover sealing function, at the same time to ensure the pressure limiting valve and safety valve failure from the pot mouth along the extrusion pressure relief, to ensure the use of safety.
  • Silicon gel cover: control steam convergence and discharge when working, and prevent or reduce the spray of liquid in the pot to the surface of the lid.
  • COVER OPENING KNOB: USED TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE COVER

Matters needing attention

  • Please note that improper use may lead to accidental injury. Please read the instructions carefully before first use.
  • Do not give the micropressure cooker to anyone who has not read the instructions.
  • Do not use the micropressure cooker unattended.
  • Special care should be taken if minors are nearby when using the micropressure cooker.
  • Before each use, be sure to check that the lid is intact before use.
  • Do not heat the pot empty or only heat solid food, and the amount of water cannot be lower than the MIN water level.
  • The food should be cooked in strict accordance with the limited capacity specified in the instructions.
  • THIS MICRO-PRESSURE POT IS SUITABLE FOR BOTTOM HEATING, NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE OVEN HEATING.
  • DO NOT USE FOR FRYING, GRILLING AND FRYING UNDER PRESSURE.
  • DO NOT HEAT OIL OR GREASY FOOD UNATTENDED TO AVOID FIRE.
  • WHEN COOKING, DO NOT TOUCH THE BODY OF THE MICRO-PRESSURE POT TO AVOID BURNS.
  • When you exhaust in a micropress, you must ensure that the hands, heads and bodies are far from the steam to avoid burns.
  • This pot is not suitable for cooking swollen foods such as applesauce (puree), kelp, oatmeal, macaroni, etc., to avoid clog.
  • WHEN COOKING MUSHY FOOD, PLEASE DO NOT SHAKE VIOLENTLY BEFORE OPENING THE COVER, SO AS TO AVOID STEAM FOAM GUSHING AND CAUSING BURNS.
  • WHEN THE MICRO-PRESSURE POT IS USED ON THE GAS COOKER, IT WILL SCRATCH THE BOTTOM OF THE POT BY PUSHING THE BODY OF THE MICRO-PRESSURE POT BACK AND FORTH.
  • THE LID MUST BE TRANSLATED AFTER OPENING TO AVOID HAND AND HEAD BURNS CAUSED BY STEAM!
  • Only the original accessories of this micro pressure pot can be used. If the micropressure pot or other parts are damaged or deformed, contact the after-sales service department for replacement.
  • WHEN MOVING THE MICRO PRESSURE POT UNDER PRESSURE, BE EXTRA CAREFUL AND PUT THE FLAT END GENTLY. DO NOT PUSH, PULL OR DROP THE PIER.
  • IN ADDITION TO THE MAINTENANCE MENTIONED IN THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL, DO NOT DISASSEMBLE THE MICRO-PRESSURE POT PARTS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. IT IS ALSO NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE ANY SAFETY DEVICE.
  • SILICONE COVER, SEALANT COVER AND SEALING RING (SERVICE LIFE OF 1-3 YEARS) ARE CONSUMABLES, PLEASE TIMELY REPLACE THE COMPANY’S ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES OF THE SAME MODEL.
  • WHEN THIS PRODUCT IS USED, WHEN THE PRESSURE LIMITING VALVE STARTS TO EXHAUST STEAM, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY TURN OFF THE FIRE OR REDUCE THE POWER OF THE HEATING SOURCE TO AVOID THE SITUATION OF RICE MILK OR SOUP SPATTER.
  • Do not dry burn, dry burn is easy to damage the sealing rubber ring, also easy to damage the handle and other parts, so do not dry burn.
  • Please don’t overdo it. Don’t use too much firepower.

No matter what kind of micro pressure pot is used, the total amount of food and liquid should not exceed two-thirds of the height of the pot (Refer to figure 3), especially when cooking food that is easy to expand and easily blocked, such as beans, porridge that is easy to bubble, etc., The amount of water added to the food should not exceed one-third of the height of the pot (Refer to figure 4).   • Please do not remove the silicone cover of the pressure limiting valve during heating During the heating process, the silicone cover can prevent steam, rice milk and other liquids from ejecting.
  • When exhaust steam from places other than the pressure limiting valve, please turn off the heating source immediately. If the pressure limiting valve structure is blocked in the heating process, the relief valve or other places will exhaust steam phenomenon. At this time, please quickly turn off the heating source, do not touch or move the micro-pressure pot, wait for the pressure in the pot drops until all the release before the next action.
  • Do not use corrosion cleaner and steel wire ball to clean the micro pressure pot.

Ⅳ Directions for use

The first use of the micro-pressure cooker cover function:

  1. Please read all instructions carefully before using.
  2. Before use, ensure that the pressure limiting valve, safety valve, sealing ring, glass cover and pot body are clean, free of sundries and oil.
  3. If you need to move the pot under pressure, be extra careful. Please hold the handle on both sides of the pot with both hands smoothly. Do not use the button to open and close the lid to move the whole pot.
  4. Do not add baking soda directly to cook, do not use excessive oil and wine.
  5. Do not cover the pressure limiting valve with anything (Refer to figure 5).

Normal operation:

  1. Take out the silicone cover and cover it on the pressure limiting valve.

  2. Check that the anti-blocking nut holes are smooth Check whether the anti-blocking nut hole is blocked before each use. If the anti-blocking nut hole is blocked, rotate the anti-blocking nut counterclockwise to remove the anti-blocking nut from the valve body for cleaning. After cleaning, rotate clockwise into the valve body and tighten, it can be used normally.

  3. Close the lid
    Lift the entire cover with one hand (Turn the knob “To the “O” alignment position of OPEN),And the half circle on both sides of the whole cover panel is aligned with the half circle of the handle of the pot body and pressed into place (ensure that the sealing rubber ring is consistent with the mouth of the pot body), and then the open and close cover knob will turn counterclockwise 90 degrees to synchronize the left and right pieces and the clamp hook will move inward; You will hear a “snap” (turn the knob “ ” to CLOSE the” O “alignment), indicating that the cover has been closed in place to heat cooking.   4. Heating
    In order to heat up quickly, it is necessary to use strong fire to heat the pressure limiting valve to start working, but pay attention not to fire too hard. After heating for a period of time, a small amount of steam begins to escape from the pressure limiting valve (this is a normal phenomenon); At the same time, the pressure limiting valve stem will gap “up and down channelling”, until the valve stem rises into place and has continuous steam discharge (about 1-2 minutes), should choose a small fire to continue cooking, and begin to calculate the “heating time”.     ◎During cooking, we should always pay attention to and observe the condition of the micro-pressure pot is abnormal.

  5. CLosed Fire
    When the heating time is over, turn OFF the heat source first, carefully handle the body of the pot and move the whole pan from the stove to the heat- resistant surface。

  6. Open the cover
    While cooking, you can always open the lid and add ingredients as needed(Refer to Figure 8), Attention! ◎ Method of opening cover: hold the opening cover rotary button with one hand (turn the button at this time “To CLOSE“O” alignment) counterclockwise rotation, at this time the safety valve will synchronously release steam so that the pressure in the pot drops rapidly, can ensure the smooth and safe opening of the lid. Attention:

When cooking porridge, sticky soup and other mushy food, please gently shake the micro pressure pot before opening the micro pressure cap. Cleaning and maintenance

After using the micropressure pot, please take out the food in time. After each use, please clean and dry in time, so as to avoid residual food, especially acid and alkaline substances, corroding the pot body. Clean the micro-pressure pot with clean water or clean water plus detergent, please do not use steel wire ball and other wear big things to scrub. Especially when cleaning the lid of the pot, care should be taken to avoid damaging the rubber parts.

  1. The body wash
    After each use, please take off the silicone cover to check whether there is scale, if there is, please clean; Check whether the stem and valve sleeve are blocked (whether the stem moves up/down, it will move normally).   2. Relief valve

  3. Silicone lid
    Please clean with warm water and detergent after use. Attention. Do not vigorously squeeze the sealing ring to prevent deformation of the sealing ring.  It is recommended that the use time of silicone lid should not exceed two years.

  4. Cleaning of the panel
    The panel assembly of this product can be removed from the pot cover assembly for cleaning, it is recommended to clean once a month. If the device is used frequently, remove and clean it once every 10 days.
    Note:1. Panel assembly is not allowed to be disassembled to avoid damage.

Disassembly and cleaning method: (Refer to figure 16)

  1. Please take out the lid, turn it over and place it on the table, loosen the anti-blocking nut counterclockwise and remove it.
    Lift the sealing rubber ring, tempered glass cover and silicone ring assembly (take off the panel assembly) and remove it.

  2. Remove the silicon cover and pressure limiting valve from the corresponding holes in the panel assembly.

  3. Remove the safety valve assembly from the corresponding hole in the panel assembly.

Installation:

After cleaning and drying the components, assemble them in reverse order→

  1. Load the working valve into the corresponding hole of the panel (accurate positioning and pressing in place), and install the silica gel cover at the corresponding convex head of the panel.
  2. the “silicone ring” into the tempered glass cover valve hole, and then the sealing rubber ring, tempered glass cover and silicone ring assembly aligned with the panel assembly (installed pressure limiting valve and safety valve) valve sleeve outer axle diameter and set.
  3. finally screw on the valve lifting anti-blocking nut, and tighten in place, to ensure that the lid is not loose.
